Centrally located in Sea Pines Resort, this townhouse style condo has been completely renovated and includes panoramic lagoon views from the deck, a new kitchen island and appliances, new flooring, and new bedding! Feel right at home with beautiful furnishings and a spacious kitchen offering all the tools you need to make a delicious meal for the whole group. A staircase leads to the loft area that offers even more space for guests to spread out. Take a step outside and soak in the lagoon view while drinking your morning coffee, then make your way to the tennis courts for a day of friendly competition! Sea Pines is a 5,000 acre resort that includes the Harbour Town Links - where they play the famed RBC Heritage golf tournament, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic lighthouse. Resort activities include trail rides at Lawton Stables, marina activities at Harbour Town or South Beach, dining, shopping, kayak rentals, and sunset cruises. Great Sea Pines location

We love this location with the pond view, access to the pool and tennis courts, and central location to all that Se Pines has to offer! This is our second stay in this unit and were overall pleased. However, we were very disappointed with the WiFi strength which was not capable of supporting teleworking for even simple tasks like emails. We requested tech support, but only had response from the office staff. They requested IT support, but it was not addressed during our 5 day stay. The upstairs loft was also very warm and it took 3 days for a repairman to respond to try to fix the ceiling fan. He wasn’t able to fix it during our stay, but I do think the fan could help. Overall, good stay and a few fixes would make this a 5 star stay.

Nice condo bike ride distance to Harbour Town

The condo was a perfect size for our family of 7. The location. Was near Lawton Stables & Harbour Town. The complex pool is directly across which is nice although the pool water was too warm. A couple of recommendations for the home. Please purchase new pans for the kitchen and a dustpan.

The property overall was comfortable. The upstairs bathroom had chipping paint that seemed like it might need attention. The front steps and porch could use a little freshening up. Overall it was comfortable and the location was nice. We would rent again.

Perfect location for relaxing Sea Pines adventure

The unit was the perfect size for my parents and my husband and I to stay downstairs, while our 2 adult sons and wife stayed upstairs. The spacious accommodations allowed everyone to have plenty of room in the kitchen and common areas. We used the pool every day and it was so convenient across from the unit! We enjoyed our 15 minute bike ride to the beach and all over the island. Perfect location for all ages! The sitting area outside by the lake was a great gathering area which we all enjoyed!

If there are issues you WON’T be reimbursed

The property itself is nothing shy of peace and beauty. However, upon arrival the code given to us didn’t work! We contacted property manager and my family and I waited patiently as 3 codes were issued and none worked. We checked into a hotel finally at 2AM!!! I expected to be reimbursed for the 1st night, but management refused. I felt I shouldn’t be made to pay full price & had to get a hotel the 1st night!! I’ll skip over Vacasa every time from now on. So I hope you won’t run into problems during your stay because you won’t be reimbursed for their oversights or shortcomings.

Sea Pines Lagoon view home

Well-appointed with supplies & kitchen. Did need an additional trash bag as we were instructed to place garbage at front for Saturday garbage pick-up & could not find an additional bag to replace for inside kitchen garbage can. Comfortable home. Nice amenities. Toiletries provided in bathrooms and plenty of nice towels. Loved the back deck and the views of the lagoon in the morning and evenings. Parking sufficient. Nice location across from pool. Enjoyed our 1st time stay in Hilton Head.

Great place- great location

We loved this condo. It was probably the most spacious condo we have ever stayed in in Sea Pines. We rode bikes everywhere (including to the beach) and it was very central to everything we wanted to do. We stay in Sea Pines every year so we know our way around. The tennis courts were a plus and our 10 yr old spent hours hitting against the wall down there. Great pool and wonderful view of the lagoon. Wish the back deck was covered to make it more relaxing, but otherwise this was a great place!

Beautiful Setting

The house is very roomy with a great layout. Two bedrooms on the first floor with each having his/her own bathroom. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the lake and the room is very spacious. The upstairs also has plenty of room which we never used. We enjoyed cocktails on the deck. The kitchen also has plenty of room and well laid out. It could be better equipped such as a nicer peeler, a large skillet, a mixer with two beaters (their mixer only has one beater) and a 9x13pan. If I had know how poorly is equipped, I would have gladly donated some of my new kitchen tools. Also, the couches are a bit uncomfortable. It is time to replace them. The couches look nice but if you sit, you will sink so far down that you can’t get up. One of the chairs on the deck has a broken leg. The outside furniture could use some help. There is a table but no chairs to go with the table.

Spacious Place/Needs Updating/Cleaning

This property was not cleaned prior to our check in time. Check in was delayed almost 3 hours for them to clean. When we finally got in, they had not cleaned. We had to go purchase cleaning supplies and take the next day to clean the entire place before the rest of our family arrived. Very disappointing. Also very dated and needs updating and new carpet. The kitchen is NOT equipped for cooking meals as it states in the write up.

Where to begin....

My family has stayed at this property 3 times in the past, last time being 2012. We were excited to see it as rental option, as we have enjoyed staying here in past. Unfortunately this property was found in very poor shape when we arrived. Long list of items, some of which we had to call property manager for attention. Property manager was responsive and addressed urgent issues. Issues: -Extensive black mold in kitchen and upstairs bathroom (cleaned by management after called with concern) -Two of three bathrooms had long hair in showers and floor which were obviously not cleaned at all, let alone to Covid standards. -Kitchen was poorly stocked with adequate utensils/ items for cooking or eating in condo. -Can opener was cheap and non functional. Limited forks/knives. -Ceiling fan in master bedroom did not work (was promptly replaced by property management) -Weber grill in bad shape, unfit to use. -Several deck chairs rusted or broken -Furnace/AC filter way over due to be replaced. -Toilet paper holder in master bath broken. -Active Hornet nest outside front door, which was addressed by property management. -Exhaust fans in master and upstairs bathrooms extremely dirty and non functional. -Garbage disposal very loud, suspect something wrong -Bedding, pillows and mattresses in secondary bedrooms Poor quality, need to be replaced. -No extra trash bags with only small trash receptacle in kitchen. This property needs to be deep cleaned with upgrades in amenities in kitchen, deck, bathrooms and bedrooms with attention to the mold and furnace filter.

Great place for a golf weekend!

Good, but you can find better

There are some great highlights to this property but also some real misses as well. Let’s start with the good: location. It is close enough to everything but also provides seclusion with beautiful water view. The home is spacious and has comfortable seating to accommodate larger families. There is a quirkinesses to this house with plants, tree as soon as you come in. The kitchen and rooms are also large and provide lots of room. The bad, and I believe that this is not the norm, but our experience. We were in-between rentals and the rental company was very nice that if we could have checked in before 4:00 pm they would call us and to no fault they could not. At 4:00 we arrived and all seemed ok until we walked to the bedrooms and bath. The main bedroom had the comforter on the floor, along with the pillows. The bed was not made, there was a dead Palmetto bug, dirt on the floor and cleaning supplies in the main bathroom, no toilet paper, etc. needless to say we were shocked and a bit angry. Shortly the housekeeper shows back up to finish cleaning. My husband called the rental office and did not get far. The assist property manager did call him back very quickly and listened to the issues and worked with us to try and help resolve. We appreciated her efforts but the refund she offered has yet to be processed. The other critique of this property is the carpet which is very dirty looking. There are so many stains we had to have shoes on all the time. We rent multiple times a year in Sea Pines and have never had an experience like this. We left less than 24 hours later cutting our vacation short. Just disappointed.

Beautiful locaton

Loved the location, both the water, and the neighborhood. The bed was comfortable, and in general things were convenient. The cleaning was not very thorough, and fridge needed to be re-cleaned. Some of the furniture was in need of replacing ( porch chair legs broke when my husband sat on it, and a dining room chair was too unstable to sit on). But in general, it was a good place for us to land.
