If you have little kids, spend the extra money and stay closer to the beach. It’s a nice walk but for little ones it’s a hike with no bathrooms close by. It’s very close to the park and our kids loved riding their bikes everywhere. I had to mop as soon as we got there because it was very clear the floor had not been mopped. My husband moved the couch to get my son’s toy and found a dead cockroach. We emailed the property about the leaking sink hose and never heard back. It looks like the leak has been going on awhile bc of the water damage under the sink. There’s very little natural light and we felt very closed in especially on rainy days. For the price, it was ok but we felt there were definitely better places to stay. ##### Leanne W. The location was close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The only disappointing issue we had was the A/C was not working upon arrival or through out our entire stay, with temperatures rising to 80 degrees inside the town house. Luckily we were at the beach or out exploring most of our stay but did make for some warm nights trying to sleep. All and all would recommend just be aware of A/C problems. ##### Kenneth M. Coligny Beach area is a very busy and it was July 4th weekend so lots of people and traffic. Beach is a bit of a walk. Pool was not easily seen and no bathroom at the pool. It won't be our last. We had an amazing time........just not long enough! The unit was clean, had been updated recently and was more than adequate for our weekend stay. Proximity to the beach (along with providing beach chairs) was a plus! The only confusing part was the address........11 Tanglewood Drive, park in space #8 and stay in Unit 4\.
