Perfect for large multi-generational families or a gathering of friends, you will love the spacious, quiet and uncrowded beach directly in front of the house, the large, heated pool (extra heat charges apply), with generous patio that includes 8 chaise lounge chairs, large dining table, propane grill, and shaded seating area for 8\. You will also enjoy the spectacular views from the three ocean-facing balconies with comfy seating. Enter Cassina Palms on the ground floor and you will find 1 bedroom with 2 full beds and patio access, 2 full baths and washer/dryer. This level also includes the game room with ping pong table. The pool area was infested with mosquitoes ( I had to buy citronella candles ) but still got eaten up. They were also in the house. Down stairs bathroom was flooded from rain water seeping in and very musty. Very outdated and patio furniture was unusable because so moldy. The upstairs bedroom was the nicest part of the home with a great view and comfortable bed bathrooms were all outdated bad but upstairs master was large. Direct view to the beach, no house in between. The house has so many living areas and balconies to enjoy. The downstairs game room is great. Pool was clean and in good condition. The house has 5 bathrooms; on main floor, there are two bedrooms that share one bath and lower floor has two bathrooms. Kitchen is great and has all appliances and additions. Really fun to cook in. Master bedroom floor is HUGE with dream sized tub and closet.Few maintenance items that we noticed were communicated to owner but none were deal breaker. Owner has taken good care of the house! The house was great, well stocked with kitchen tools, dishes, blankets and towels. We appreciated high end touches like the ice maker, powerful blender, and pots big enough to do a seafood boil at home.The beds and furniture were high quality and super comfortable, and the space fit our group of 8 perfectly. Brian was very responsive when we needed something the first day. I was a little worried that we would miss seeing the full ocean with the house being set back, but that’s wasn’t at all the case. The view is truly spectacular and the beautiful lawn only adds to it!We rented bikes and rode to the grocery store, dinner and shops at different times during the week. The location was great. Our whole group loved it, and thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Hilton Head! ##### Kathy G. The location, backyard landscaping and beach access are the best. The house was very comfortable, clean and lots of options for sitting and sleeping. Cassina Palms is located in a premier location with a beautiful view of the ocean. Our group of 10 family and friends enjoyed the large oceanfront home with pool. We only ate 1 meal out the entire week as the kitchen was very accommodating for meals for large groups. Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and uncrowded. Brian, the property manager was promt and attentive and took care of any and all needs. We are all looking forward to next year's visit! ##### Martin T. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed to make our special day perfect. The beachfront location provided a breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony and photos, and our guests were in awe of the views. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The outdoor spaces were perfect for our reception, with plenty of room for dining and dancing under the stars. We couldn’t have asked for a more magical setting for our wedding. The location of this house is awesome…..beach is great and within walking distance to Coligny area. This house is old and in need of major work. Lots of items didn’t work…..2 burners on stove, hot water in kitchen. Grass was overgrown, pool stayed dirty because of unkept palm trees shedding debris. House needs attention for the money charged for a week stay. I will add that grass did get mowed after we called and requested…..but again for the money you shouldn’t have to request these things. ##### Jeffrey J. The property was wonderful and suited our needs perfectly. The pool was a big benefit for all. The location by the beach was fantastic and our property manager, Brian Austin was great to deal with and very responsive to questions and information.
