Situated on the 10th Fairway of the famed Harbour Town Golf Course, you are minutes away from everything a Harbour Town vacation offers.
A 1.5 mile bike ride to the beach, 500 yards to the Harbour Town Golf Clubhouse (not during play hours) you have the best Sea Pines has to offer at your disposal. Twin Oaks also has its own pool for you to enjoy between April and October.

Relax on the patio, pop down to one of the many dining options in Harbour Town or the Shops at Sea Pines, or play a round of golf on the famed Harbour Town Golf Course, the choice is yours.

Sea Pines is a private gated community with very specific rules and regulations. A few of the restrictions are listed below but please access seapinesliving . com to read and download the complete listing.
Motorcyles, Motorhomes, Recreational Vehicles, Trailers, Golf Carts, are not permitted in Sea Pines. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security.
No Weddings or events can be held on rental property premises.

Sea Pines Beach Club Parking

Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot. More details can be found at seapinestrolley . com, and we will include information in the welcome packet provided with your reservation.

We were here for a short stay, for an event at the Harbourtown Clubhouse. This condo was clean and spacious enough, and the location was very handy to the venue. the only suggestion I would make is to have more blankets available for the beds - for a winter rental we were a little cold overnight.

We absolutely loved staying at the Golfers Getaway. The space was wonderful for our kids and we really appreciated the bed rooms being upstairs-which I'll add were very generous sized bedrooms! We were able to hang out with our teens downstairs when the younger two went to bed and not worry about waking them up. Location was great and views were beautiful. No complaints at all and we plan to book again next summer!

Great location near Harbor Town. Place was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Great with bedrooms upstairs so I could watch TV after othets went to bed. Asked for late checkout and owner/manager was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying at this property in Sea Pines! It truly felt like our home away from home The condo was exactly as described and the pictures are 100% accurate. The beds are super comfortable as are all the furnishings. Ample space for your family. Our group included my husband, mother, and myself. We'd love to bring our adult kids here for a family vacay in the future. So much to do in Sea Pines! Bring your bicycles (or rent them)...you will use them a lot. This is a very active part of the island with lots of trails for walking, running, biking. Getting to the beaches is easy enough if you're biking, walking or using the trolley. Don't expect to drive/park your car to the beach, especially during peak hours. Not a problem as long as you are aware of this ahead of time. The owners have a very thorough digital/hard copy folder of ALL the do's, don'ts, and everything in between. We enjoyed their sense of humor in writing this manual and LOL'd several times. We stayed here the week before the RBC Heritage PGA Tour. Although the golf course was closed getting ready for the Heritage, we found the process very interesting and enjoyed watching the surrounding area "come to life" in preparation of the Heritage. We loved exploring the island, lots of shopping, golfing, beach visits, ruins, horseback riding, and took the riverboat excursion to Savannah. We loved this property and our stay in Sea Pines on HHI. Thank you so much and hope to stay again soon!

We had a great experience and would definitely rent this condo again! The location was beautiful and convenient, allowing us to bike easily to Harbortown and walk a short distance to the beach trolley stop. The condo was bright, clean, and updated with beautiful beachy decor. It provided a very comfortable home base for us during our stay. The beds were cozy, the kitchen well-stocked, and we had all we needed. We enjoyed the pool, which was located directly across the parking lot and the back patio with a beautiful view of the golf course.

Place was perfect for myself and two teenage boys. Great location and short drives or a bike ride from where you want to be. The pool was not cleaned and discouraged us from using it. Too bad because that was one of the reasons we rented the place, to take a break from the beach.

Let me start by saying, wow! Our family was heading to visit family, but when they got sick we needed to find an alternative family vacation spot. It was a last minute booking so we didn't know what we might find. Luckily we found this property. Everything looked great online, but we were still keeping expectations low. We booked and immediately called Peter to coordinate our last minute stay and discuss a few particulars. Peter was so responsive, kind, and made the entire process so easy and immediately made us feel welcome, like HE was excited for us to stay! Expectations were raised. Our expectations were blown out of the water the second we checked in. Peter and his team have thought of EVERY detail. We were emailed with a detailed book of the property, grounds, restaurants, shopping, etc. Everything we could possibly need to know to make our stay great. Then there was the house itself. The property is GORGEOUS! Spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated and appointed. You will want for nothing in this house. We've stayed at a lot of VRBOs in our day, this didn't feel like a house at all, it felt like a high end, 4-star hotel! Peter and his team have thought of literally everything and left no stone unturned. Kitchen was fully stocked, fancy little shampoos and soaps (I mean who doesn't love these), TV with so many channels it had something for even the pickiest kids, plus access to all the streaming platforms you could dream of. However, with the pool literally steps away from the front door and the beach just up the road, gorgeous paths and nature reserves, Harbor Town and shopping at your fingertips, and Savannah an easy day trip away, we didn't use the TV much. My kids were devastated at check out and my daughter asked if we could live there now, and my wife and I totally understood the feeling. Listen, point blank, this was our absolute favorite family vacation in years, and it was all thanks to Peter's hospitality and this beautiful property, full stop. If you are considering this home, stop considering and book it. We've never been repeat vacationers, this spot has changed that. We will be back each year for as long as they are renting.

It was a very nice place. We were the first renters so there were things that needed to be taken care of but at least the person from Low Country Peter was very responsive and got everything corrected quickly.
