They are a locally owned firm that knows our house and Hilton Head extremely well and located just 5 minutes from Perfect 10...they are available before and throughout your stay. Because we completed this house in 2019, before construction costs and interest rates increased significantly, we are able to offer favorable rates to our valued guests. We offer one of the nicest and most in demand luxury rental home experiences available, yet our prices are comparable to less desirable homes. We take great pleasure in providing wonderful lifelong memories for our guests, many of whom have stayed with us every year since 2019\. We often receive inquiries from guests about special occasions, restaurants, catering services, nearby activities and excursions, transportation, and the like. This incredible house was the featured "Beach Castle" in the HGTV Dream House publication where they said: "This gorgeous, 5,700-square-foot oceanfront home was perfectly designed to the owners' specifications and you can expect every luxury you would grant yourself if it were your own dream home. Eight bedrooms comfortably accommodate people of all ages and requirements (the property has an elevator to all three levels and two accessible bedrooms and baths)." We invite comparison to other luxury homes in Hilton Head...because there is no comparison; read our guest reviews and you will agree. Because our lot is twice the size of most other oceanfront lots, the house is not crammed in with other houses, we have a massive outdoor designer pool and deck area, a large front and rear yard for recreation, gorgeous landscaping in the front, rear, and side yards, and a 6' privacy fence on the side yards. Driveway parking for 5 cars and a huge finished garage for up to 4 cars (and an EV charger) New for 2024...a gorgeous garage floor by Innovative Coatings and a finished garage, including a restroom at pool level! And new for 2025, our Great Room has been enhanced with many exquisite Arhaus furnishings, and a spectacular 77" LG OLED evo G5 Ai TV. Our house is on a very private street with only 8 other homes and secured/gated private beach access. The closest public beach access is several blocks away, insuring privacy and uncrowded beaches. Add a giant designer pool and saltwater spa, as well a private boardwalk with access to the sparsely populated beach and the recipe for an amazing vacation is complete. Our first guest arrived in June 2019 and this is what they had to say: "There are no words to describe this absolutely amazing property. We have rented homes for our large family all over the United States, beautiful homes, that pale in comparison to this magnificent home. And the attention to detail, and the needs of the guests is nothing short of outstanding. Coligney Plaza offers 75 shops, grocer, & restaurants that are a short walk/drive/bike ride away. A cool large bunk room/playroom with cupola and four built-in bunk beds is a big hit with the kids. The large office on the first floor doubles as a bedroom with a memory foam queen sofa bed and a full bath. The huge media room on the second floor has a 65" LG OLED Smart TV and a Sonos Arc surround sound system. It also sleeps up to four. Each floor has its own laundry room and there is a convenient kitchenette on the second floor. The first floor includes a massive designer kitchen and eating bar, a large dining area and a sensational Great Room with a wall of curved windows providing incredible ocean views. There is also a wet bar with separate refrigerator and ice maker freezer drawers. Features and amenities are top end. Jenn-Air (i) Microwave/Wall Oven with Speed Cook Convection System, (ii) Electric Downdraft Cooktop w/ Glass-Touch Electronic Controls, (iii) 69” French Doors Refrigerator, plus two Refrigerator/Freezer Drawers with ice maker in wet bar area & Double Refrigerator Drawers in the kitchen and (iv) two Bosch 800 Series dishwashers in the kitchen. Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro, Breville coffee maker OXO burr coffee grinder, 2 Keurig coffee machines, Vitamix professional blender and Kenwood stand mixer. Samsung washer/dryers in laundry rooms on both the 1st & 2nd floors. Imported Italian porcelain tile on the pool deck and beautiful tile floor on the 2nd and 3rd level decks. Families love the massive 14 X 50 beach entry pool and the 7-person Hot Springs saltwater luxury spa. Awaiting outside is a expansive covered terrace, as well as a separate outdoor dining area (with one of the 11 TVs in the house!). The terrace is accessible from the Great Room and dining room, as well as the two king bedrooms on that level. A fabulous Bull Luxury Q Outdoor Island kitchen with an Angus stainless steel grill, refrigerator, lighted umbrella, and bar seating. On the upper level is another large terrace with fabulous ocean views, accessible from four of the bedrooms, as well as a furnished/covered sitting area accessible from the Media Room. Great WiFi access is provided by the Orbi mesh network. The HVAC system have 7 zones, with 7 Nest thermostats to allow each guest to optimize their personal comfort. A Ring system provides professionally monitored smoke, flood, and Co2 detection. Exterior surveillance cameras for guest privacy. From April-September, we provide a daily beach chair and umbrella service and 6 bike rentals for all guests for $775/week. This charge will added after booking. The beach service sets up 3 umbrellas and 6 chairs each day and 6 well-maintained adult cruiser bikes will be there upon your arrival. Spa heat is included. Pool heat is available, upon request, for $625-$775/week. At booking, the tax is added, along with VRBO and housekeeping fees & beach chair/umbrella rentals (in season). Since weather, health, employment, family, and similar issues may arise from time to time, we encourage guests to consider trip insurance (also, check with your credit card company because they may include this coverage at no charge). The house is in excellent condition, has many amenities. Bocce ball, beach toys, ping pong table, TV's everywhere, comfortable furniture, 2 dishwashers (can't believe how handy they both are until you are here) and plenty of dish/cookware and towels. Communication with the owner and manager was easy and attentive. We received welcome gifts and thank you notes which were so very thoughtful. Easy beach access. We have two handicapped adults who were able to make the beach and fantastic walk in swimming pool every day. We have been going to Kiawah Island for 15 years but really like how many more Hilton Head restaurant, store, pickleball, biking and golf options there are. Never felt crowded as we are big on staying on property most of the time. Out of 20 vacation rentals this is the only time we have booked our next trip at this location prior to leaving. Our family finds a new destination annually to enjoy during the holiday season & this house blew every other one away by far! This house truly is a perfect 10! Many homes say they are fully stocked, but this is the 1st one that had everything we needed and more! From ample towels for every guest to more large & small appliances & cookware in the kitchen than our family could ever need - it was so nice to have everything at our fingertips & not have to improvise w/ what we had even once! When we arrived at the home, we were greeted with an easy key code entry & gourmet cookies and wine! Shortly after our arrival, the owners called to check in and make sure everything was in good order - excellent service! This home is gorgeous and clean. We enjoyed spreading out among the 4 king bedrooms (each with a view, en suite and walk in closet to unpack in), the children’s bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds, the double room, the media room, and the office (every single room had an en-suite and was beautifully furnished with comfortable linens). The elevator made accessing the bottom floor - garage/playroom and the first and second living floors very easy, even for our older parents! Such a convenient amenity especially when checking in and out and when getting in with groceries. Our whole family enjoyed the bikes that were available for use all day every day! And finally - the views and the beach - simply indescribable and incomparable. You have to experience it for yourself! ##### Rachel C. With some major life events under my family's belts - some great and some not so great - it was time for a family reunion to celebrate our resilience and milestones. We've stayed at many high-end beach homes but this property is the best by many miles. Everything about the home is impressive right down to the kitchen utensils! The high ceilings throughout the home had a beautiful feel and nearly every bedroom had balcony access. The furnishings are very comfortable. We slept very well! The house was obviously built with great care and and is a loving homage to Hilton Head Island. Not a detail was overlooked, not a single point of failure and it was so nice to have an elevator for my dad. I love that there were showers that are friendly for those who have mobility issues. The staff was incredibly communicative as well. The views cannot be beat. My mother sat on the balcony for hours at a time watching the waves. The kids loved the pool and variety of pool toys. Plenty of pull carts if you want to bring anything to the beach. Beach chair and bike service is a must have and the private beach access was amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The whole point was to make beautiful memories together and we accomplished that and more. Thank you, Roger and family for opening up your perfect 10 home to us. We will be back. ##### Eliza R. Our age ranges were from 2-81 years old. We had a fantastic time with this house. We’ve been coming to HHI since 2013, and we all agree this was our favorite house. The highlights were the beach equipment, kids bunk room, and good lighting/seating for Seniors. The only real shortcoming was two in our party had to stay on a pull-out couch, but the room it was in was nice and spacious. We plan to stay again next year! ##### Wendy H. We have been coming to Hilton Head for many years and have stayed in many nice houses and condos, but none of them come anywhere close to Perfect 10\. The attention to detail is amazing and the amenities and services are top-notch. Incredible ocean views from almost every room and the house is furnished with everything we could ever need, and more. When we walked in the front door our jaws dropped...we thought we had found paradise! The house is SO close to everything, but since it is on a private street with private beach access, we felt like we were at a secluded 6-star resort. From elevators for the elders, beautiful sand beaches for the little to bikes and location to shopping and food for the teens. The house is in beautiful shape with all the amenities needed to cook for our group. 3 grocery stores were within a 10 minute drive. The home had the best downstairs living space for all to sit and gather and the upstairs family room was perfect for the younger crowd that wanted their own space. The owner was very helpful and returned my email quickly when I had a question. So much to enjoy at the home! Pool, hot tub, great outside grill and amazing deck to sit and view the beautiful view! ##### jill f. Our extended family of 14 spent a wonderful Thanksgiving week at this house. Despite some cooler temps, we had a fun and relaxing week due in large part to the comfort and amenities offered at Perfect 10\. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and common areas all nicely decorated and well appointed. Location, pool and hot tub are also a huge bonus! Owner and rental company very responsive and helpful. EVERYTHING and I mean everything has been thought of and taken care of. From the number of trash bags to the amount of dish washer pods and washing machine detergent to the silverware and dishes. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties over the past 6 years, this one is by far the best. Not just the home itself but the way the home was stocked and clean. The pictures you see don't do this property justice. The views are so much better. The sunrises are stunning. The decks are perfect for sitting, relaxing and watching the waves. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Not sure where to start, but I’ll begin with saying that the photos don’t do the property justice. The house and ocean views are STUNNING. Everything has been considered. We have visited HHI for over 10 years and this is the BEST house we have ever stayed at. If you need it, it’s there. Fully equipped kitchen (with multiple dishwashers), amazing pool (with sand toys and floats available in the garage), bikes already on site, washer/dryer on each level, TV’s in each room (and the kitchen and the patio)…I could go on forever. The elevator was amazing for ease in loading and unloading. The bathrooms…STUNNING…and massive. The house is well-decorated and incredibly comfortable. Let’s get to the host review….COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER. Amazing communication and incredibly thoughtful. From the mid-week pool refresh/clean (which we have never ever gotten at other properties) to the lovely surprise, we could not have asked for more. You will not be disappointed with Perfect 10\. This house is a solid well built home that is quiet and thoughtfully designed. The furnishings are elegant but extremely comfortable. The kids loved the pool.
