There's barely any walking room in the bedroom with the queen bed (I hit my leg a few times), and the bunk beds are for smaller children. The living space was more roomy, but smaller than most. It was very clean and modern. The space is small however it was just what my husband and I needed. If you have small children the bunk beds are perfect.
