A perfect beach escape is just a trip away—make this season one to remember!  
  
You will love to vacation at this first floor renovated Ocean Villa at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis with top-of-the-line finishes. This 1 bedroom 1 bath unit sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the main bedroom, child bunk beds in the private hall, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The open floor plan kitchen has quartz countertops including an island for extra counter space. There is beautiful coastal luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, and a state-of-the-art tiled bathroom with a walk in shower. You will enjoy your vacation at this villa. The villa is located on the quiet marsh side of the resort and is a short walk to the beach and pool. There is a ramp to the unit. No need to climb steps.  
  
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 2 swimming pools including the largest beach front pool on Hilton Head. Enjoy the Summertime fun at HHBT. Monday night movies at the pool, Wednesday night karaoke, and Thursday afternoon pool party. There are 4 Tennis Courts and 8 Pickleball Courts for guest enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for close by dining or beachside eating.  
Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes Resort. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Make your vacation at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort one you will want to return to year after year. Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. There is a playground, basketball court, volley ball on the beach and bike rentals at the resort, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on the beach and close to shopping, golf, tennis and bike riding.  
Some of the best water front restaurants such as Hudson’s Dockside and Fish Camp are a short car ride away.  
  
Please be advised that e-bikes are not allowed in the community.  
  
Includes 1 free parking pass. Additional passes are available for $35 each.  
  
Plan ahead - Our 2025 fall and winter promotions are in effect!

1 parking pass is included in the displayed rate.   
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.  
  
Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.

#### Clean! Pool! Close to beach! Shower! Safe!

We stayed for a weekend for a family trip mostly spent on the beach! Check in and communication was a breeze! We felt safe with security measures and security presence. Abide by the rules or you will get ticketed! We left our beach chair outside the door for a briefly to get our other stuff in and settle the kiddos and they must've made rounds during that time. We got a courtesy notice about it. Our small family of 2 adults, 5 year old, and infant were comfortable here. Short walk from door to sand! Huge pool! Amazing shower with great pressure! Beds were clean and cozy. Basic kitchen utensils & dishes were stocked. Grocery stores close by if you forgot something like we did. The bedroom was a little tight and narrow, but for the location and cleanliness it was worth it! I would recommend especially for a short stay. We didn’t need any help from the property manager, but they made sure to check on us via email so that was nice!
