The living room area includes a sleeper sofa and a big screen TV, The kitchen features updated countertops/cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a gorgeous backsplash, along with a massive island that has dining stools to enjoy all your meals. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Right outside the bedroom are two captain's bunks perfect for kids. Enjoy your own balcony or take a short walk to the beach/pool. Your Host: The On Site Rental Program is the largest and ONLY full service on-site vacation rental company operating at Beach and Tennis thereby offering the greatest selection of villas to fit even the most discriminating taste. Your Villa: All our villas are individually owned, so you'll never get 2 exactly alike. Jun 27, 2022 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness #### Dirty sheets & disappointment I was disappointed with this property. I had small children with me and it was a beach trip so we didn't spend a ton of time apart from morning and night in the condo, so I didn't have many expectations and didn't need anything luxurious. However, the things that truly mattered were decidedly subpar. The floors were sandy, the refrigerator was off, the TV and wifi were inoperable, the quilts on the twin bunk beds were more akin to a table runner, there was no comforter/quilt on the one queen bed, and, worst yet, the sheets on that queen bed were dirty. There was sand at the foot of the bed between the fitted and flat sheet and it was obvious the pillow cases had not been changed. Unfortunately, there was not a change of sheets in the condo for me to take care of it myself before bed. Now, the refrigerator was fixed by the complex's maintenance man quickly as the plug it connected to was half dead and it just needed to be moved and plugged in again. The wifi and TV were connected to two different wall switches that were required to be turned on for them to work. However, there was no instructions about that and the switch was located behind a curtain. A simple note would have avoided all the hassle and though a TV is a small thing, it was important to us because I'd promised the kids a movie night. The sheets were, of course, unacceptable, and once I contacted the owner via VRBO the next morning they were changed by dinner time. Simple changes would have vastly improved the stay, but nothing can really make it come back from sliding into bed tired and feeling someone else's foot sand. Yuck. ##### Lauren P.
