There is a fully equipped kitchenette. Living room with sleeper sofa, dining area, one bedroom with queen size bed and two captain beds in the hallway for the little children. Enjoy the ocean view right from the furnished balcony or take a short stroll to the beach, pools, or courts. Your Villa: All our villas are individually owned, so you�ll never get 2 exactly alike. While bed types, televisions and furniture vary by villa, all villas come with a starter supply of dish soap, bath soap, paper towels and toilet paper. All linens and towels are included and placed throughout the villa as well. In addition, ALL villas are equipped with the following: alarm clock, hairdryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, electric hand mixer, wine opener, can opener, cookware, ovenware, dinnerware, flatware, drinkware, wine glasses, fire extinguisher, cable tv, high speed internet, DVD/DVR and access to 24/7 security and emergency maintenance. The Resort: Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is 50+ acres of fun, relaxation and good food. The Resort is host to the largest ocean front swimming pool on Hilton Head with a kiddie pool by it�s side. It was the perfect location to the beach and the pool. I really liked the new updated feel of the Villa along with the fresh tile in the shower and the backsplash and counters in the kitchen. They were very nice touches in this villa that made it look great. Again, my kids and I had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back in the future.
