The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condition of the condo was poor and dated. Headboard unattached to bed. 2 of the sinks drained poorly. When we called about this, a plumber came out the next day and simply removed the stopper from the drain. Although that fixed the problem, it doesn't help for those of us that put contacts in your eyes and need the stopper to prevent your contacts from going down the drain, if dropped. For the money we paid, we were expecting better. The location was fabulous with the pool just a few steps away from the back patio and the beach only a short walk further. Having Coligny Circle and the Tiki Hut right next door was great. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and thye beach. The only negatives were that the beds were very uncomfortable in all bedsrooms. The mattresses and beddings were of poor quality. We had to have service come and fix the dryer which seems to be near needing replacement. Even with these couple negatives, I would highly recommend the place. It was great.
