This updated 3 bedroom/2 bath home is located in the Greenwood Forest subdivision of Sea Pines Plantation.

As you enter the home to the left you have a kitchen, with all new appliances, new quartz counter tops and upgraded cabinets. Next to the kitchen is a breakfast room with wood table and 4 matching chairs. A door leading from the kitchen takes you to the dining room where there is a wood table and 6 matching chairs, plus a sliding glass door that leads to the screened in porch.

The dining and living room are one large open room. The living room has a matching queen sleeper sofa and love seat with 2 other occasional chairs. Above the fireplace is a 55 inch Samsung 4K Smart TV, with built-in shelving on both sides. There are two large windows for lots of light, plus two French doors, one leading to the deck, the other to the screened in porch.

The screened in porch has a rattan sofa plus a table with two matching chairs. You can access the deck from the porch and steps that lead down to the back yard.

On the right side of the foyer is a bunk bedroom that has a queen size bed on the bottom and twin XL on the top. There is a 32 inch flat screen TV on the dresser top and a large closet.

On the same side of the home is a Queen sized bedroom with a 39 inch flat screen TV and another large closet. There is a twin rollaway stored in the closet for extra bedding.

Both of the above bedrooms share the brand new hall bath which is located at the end of the hallway. The bathroom has 1 sink vanity and shower only.

The master bedroom is located behind the living room off of the hallway and features a King sized bed, matching dresser, headboard plus a 43 inch LG 4K Smart TV. The new private bath has a soaking tub and shower in a separate area from the 2 sink vanity and toilet closet.

The back deck has a table with 4 matching chairs and a new Weber gas grill. Guests can enjoy all the amenities that Sea Pines Plantation has to offer.

First time in Sea Pines

We loved the location and the house worked great for two families with 5 kids! The ride to the beach was easy on bikes.

Annual Beach Get Away--we tried a house, but will keep our condo next time!

We loved the house--inside. It was beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen could use some updates with pots, pans, good knives and such (if you are a "foodie" and like to cook some dinners in--this is not the kitchen for you). The main TV was large, but we could never get "normal" Live TV to work properly. We did get it to work in the bedrooms, so we made that work. Because we had reached out to the owners about beach chairs weeks earlier and got no response, we didn't bother to ask about the TV. Overall, the updated inside was spacious and clean. We did battle keeping it that way--due to the yard. Read on.... The outside could use some help. We have dogs and the unmulched dirt yard made keeping their paws clean problematic. The lack of sidewalks also made it tough to walk them--due to traffic on our way to the bike path. The back deck was tiny, and could use a major overhaul--due to the dirt backyard, the deck was pretty filthy so we never even used it. The community pool was small for the neighborhood, totally shaded and always packed. We also didn't use that--for all of those reasons. We also had some odd maintenance interruptions--they came twice while we were there to fix a hook, but didn't fix it either time. Just seemed odd (and they asked if they could have our leftover alcohol--so strange!). It felt like we were being watched. Like I said, the inside of this house was awesome.....but if you like to venture outside on vacation, maybe keep looking.

Great stay! One mile walk to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected. We did notice when we walked around barefoot our feet were very dirty even the first night we arrived. The house is one mile from the beach access but the walk was shaded and nice. We rented bikes one day and rode all the way to harbor town which took 25 minutes. The location of the house is easy to get to the grocery store (Publix). The beds were comfortable and everything else was clean. Oh and the The washer was extremely loud when running! The Neighborhood was quiet. Saw Lots of wildlife. Raccoons an owl and deer at night From the back porch. There was a small alligator in the ditch too! Fun to see! We would stay here again!

Relax and enjoy!!

My family had a wonderful time at this property. Great location and with rented bikes we walked and biked all week. Nice open floor plan. Comfortable beds (amazing sleeps!). Only upgrade La needed is shower (water pressure and fixture in master bath was poor) and same in kitchen sink. New washer and dryer would benefit guests. Not deal breaker but those are dated. Haha. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful house!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this lovely home. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking on the grill (they even had extra propane tanks in case you ran out). The location was wonderful. Easy. Ike ride to the beach as well as other popular attractions within Sea Pines. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a nice stay! The home was VERY clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen is FULLY stocked. The location was nice. Wish it would have been closer to the beach. Only downfall on the property is the washer/dryer. The need to be replaced. It took HOURS to dry one load of laundry and it was never fully dried.

Great house in wonderful location!

We enjoyed our time at 2 Pine Court and intend to return. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. The bathrooms have been updated with excellent showers. Entire house is very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed meeting many friendly neighbors out walking our respective dogs. Walking and biking is convenient to South Beach, Harbor Town and Beach Club.
