Luxury Villa, minutes from Coligny Beach and Shopping This 900 s.f. 1Bed/1Bath villa has never before been rented, and was updated last year with all new wood flooring, paint, furnishings, appliances, and bath fixtures and finishes. It's in a beautiful building across the street from Coligny Square, Coligny Beach Entrance, and next to Celebration Park. Forest Beach Villas is a lovely complex that houses equal numbers of permanent residents, rental guests, and vacation home owners. What this means to you is a tranquil, well maintained vacation home, in a villa that feels private and a true beach getaway. Enjoy living space that includes a fully stocked kitchen with new cabinetry, a stainless sink with garbage disposal, and a full size dishwasher, range, fridge and microwave (stainless steel). Adjacent to the kitchen is a large pantry/laundry room with ample storage for whatever needs to be tucked away -- food, beach gear, paper goods, electronics, etc. You will also have access to a full size washer and dryer -- no need to take home dirty clothes. :-) The comfy den has glass doors opening to a spacious balcony, beautiful new furnishings, a dining nook for four (which can double as your work space if needed), and a smart TV. The cabinet under the TV holds a secret -- a queen size murphy bed for family or friends to enjoy. The bedroom also features glass doors leading to the balcony -- and so much more: New king size bed, full-size dresser with mirror, a high boy dresser, spacious closet and private access to the adjacent bathroom suite. The newly remodeled bathroom has a stone vanity top, comfort height toilet, large tile and glass shower with bench, and an ample linen closet. The villa is housed in a pristinely maintained mid century modern concrete and steel building. The front parking lot is lovingly landscaped (your balcony overlooks a huge palm tree) and lagoons, green space and a bridge lead to the amenities behind it. These amenities include a newly finished tennis court complex and a huge swimming pool for residents and guests of Forest Beach Villas. We provide 2 parking passes for your vehicles, the key code for tennis and the swimming pool, and you'll find 3 beach chairs and an upright beach cart in the pantry for use at the beach. We love all that Hilton Head has to offer, and are delighted that this condo is a short 5 minute walk to the Coligny Park Beach Entrance, Low Country Celebration Park, and all the restaurants and shops at Coligny Square. It's also a 5-minute drive to the restaurants and retail near Shipyard and Palmetto Dunes, as well as a short trip south to everything in Sea Pines. Furnishings are much above typically furnished condos. It has tons of storage everywhere; appliances are top name brands and full sized. The location is perfect, making it easy to walk to the beach, Coligny Plaza and more. The whole complex is quiet and attractive. Can’t wait to return! ##### Cindy F. The condo was exactly as advertised. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. It has a full size washer and dryer. There is a large balcony where we enjoyed sitting in the evening. The unit is well furnished and modern. It was just as described on VRBO. The owners were responsive to our questions, and with the proximity to the bench, restaurants and shopping, it made the visit to Hilton Head memorable. The condo was close to everything it was a perfect weekend getaway.The only negative comment I have is the downstairs neighbor smokes cigarettes and there was sometimes a lingering smell in the unit, it was not overwhelming, but it was noticeable. ##### Michael K.
