The open-concept floor plan features a living room with comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and access to the private patio area through sliding glass doors. The patio features table and chair sets and a gas grill. The dining area seats 6 comfortably, and the galley-style kitchen is outfitted with all you'll need to cook meals for your family. The main bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV and a private, updated bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV and access to a hall bathroom with a step-in shower. If youโ€™re looking for Hilton Head vacation rentals for a pet-friendly stay, look no further than Island House, Forest Beach, Hilton Head Island. Please note: 1 well-behaved dog under 80lbs is allowed at an additional fee of $225 plus tax. This Island house allows 2 cars MAX per the Island House HOA. The Island House complex features ample parking just steps from your front door, a large spacious pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a pool house and picnic area for you and all your guests to enjoy! My husband, 3 adult children, and myself came for an extended weekend over July 4th holiday. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us and the condo appeared as it was advertised on VRBO. We were a short walk to the pool, the beach, and Coligny Plaza. Sunset Rentals stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.
