Our unit was clean and as described in the listing other than you really can't see the ocean well from the first floor. It's very convenient to the beach. It is an older place and could use some upgrades to the linens and the outdoor seating but overall we had what we needed. Communication with owner was excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer. The owners were quick to respond to any messages. The bed was amazingly comfortable, however I would recommended a curtain of some kind to block the light from window by the door. All that light did make it difficult to sleep, we ended up covering the window with Publix shopping bags The beach chairs were a bit worn and rusted, with missing pieces and could stand an update and the remote for the bedroom tv didn’t work but we were able to just watch tv at night in the living room.
