The house is brand new and looks exactly as advertised. The furniture, décor, and amenities are all top-notch, and the hot tub and pool were fantastic highlights of our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded, and being part of the SeaPines complex made travel to golf a breeze. We encountered a very minor issue with the water temperature in one of the guest room showers, because we were the first guests to stay here since the renovation. However, the management company was incredibly responsive and promptly sent maintenance to address the issue. The hosts' level of attention and responsiveness from the across the board was first class. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return. A+ experience! ##### Matt L.
