Welcome to 21 Holloman Trace, our home away from home, close to everything in Hilton Head. 100 steps to the Private Beach Access, connected to North Forest Beach bike paths, and one mile from north of Coligny Plaza (grocery, restaurants, and shopping). We have sought to equip our modern farmhouse designed home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay. We want you to feel relaxed and comfortable while on vacation in paradise. THE SPACE SLEEP like a baby in one of our 6 bedrooms each with their own private bath. We have comfy beds for everyone, including 4 master King suites, a 2 queen suite and a bunk room with 2 twins over fulls. RELAX by the private pool patio and grill on the main level connected directly to the kitchen and screened-in porch. PLAY in the sand just 100 steps away with no roads to cross. Reconnect as a family as you win games of ping pong, shuffleboard, board games, cards, and play games to your hearts delight. EAT in our open concept kitchen with a large island that seats 6 and farmhouse table that seats 10\. Or enjoy your meal in our screened-in porch and cook burgers for your crew on our large grill. Can it get any better? We have an elevator if you need it, first and second floor laundry, a second floor coffee bar and sitting room equipped with Keurig coffee, rocking chairs on the covered porch, and a kids lounge on the main level if the adults need some quiet. There are 12 full size pool/beach towels for all your outdoor needs. We have a beach wagon and 6 folding beach chairs so you are all set for days at the beach. For our guests with young kids we have a booster seat, and a pack and play so no need to lug those either. Getting around this house is easy. The elevator runs all the way from the ground level to the bedrooms on the second floor to make it hassle-free to transport luggage and navigate this large home. This is perfect for grandparents and those with mobility issues. There is plenty for the kids to do when they aren't at the pool or the beach. The main level kids' lounge has a pull out couch and two bean bag chairs, a smart TV, and games. Downstairs on the ground level, we have ping pong and a shuffleboard table that are perfect for rainy days or when everybody needs some time out of the sun. There are 9 smart TVs, including one in the screened in porch by the pool, so streaming is always available. Nov 4, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Fall Break w/ Family The perfect home for our fall family get together (14 of us)! We had planned to be in our new home in the area, but construction delays made that impossible. We felt SO blessed to have found this home to use instead. In fact, I think everyone was glad the delay to our home had happened! :-) From the moment we opened the door we knew it would be a great set up! The openness and furnishings of the first living floor were expansive, but still felt homey and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, 2 refrigerators were a big bonus for us as well! The elevator made for easy unloading of our luggage and groceries. All of the bedrooms had their own en suite baths and 4 were with king beds, allowing all of our adult children/spouses to be in a king room which we have found to be rare in vacation rentals. The grands LOVED the bunk room, kids room with old school NBA Jam, and the garage game room. The pool was the perfect temperature (we did have them heat) and was enjoyed by all. There were beach items available to use in the garage. The only slight negative was that there was construction on the properties at the beach making it a little harder to navigate to the beach path. However, construction is already in the later stages, so this is obviously just a temporary issue. It was a quick walk w/o having to cross any roads with the little ones. The house was perfect for our 12 family members, ranging in ages from super-adult to two months. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the island - finding the location perfect for our needs. The six bedrooms were exactly what we needed to provide all couples and pairs of children with private sleeping quarters. House was available about 2 hours before the check in time. Property mgr sent a text with door code and garage code. Enough space for everyone, beautiful and clean and a good location. The pool was enjoyed by all ages. My favorite spot was the sun room. We also loved the game room and the kid’s room with NBA Jam. Having an elevator was the perk I didn’t know I needed. We didn’t use it more than a couple of times, but it was appreciated. We had the best vacation and hope to return next summer.
