Welcome to 72 Off Shore, a newly renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat tucked into a peaceful corner of Palmetto Dunes Resort. Designed for ultimate comfort, this beautifully finished home offers plenty of space for the whole family, indoor and outdoor entertainment, and easy access to the best of Hilton Head. Whether you’re planning days filled with golf, biking, pickleball, or beach adventures, this home is the perfect base for your vacation.  
  
The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. A spacious seating area surrounds the large SmartTV, creating a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. A thoughtfully placed desk allows anyone who may need to work during their stay to do so comfortably. The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with all-new appliances and a large island, ideal for gathering in the mornings over coffee, with both a Keurig and drip coffee maker provided. Just off the kitchen, the dining area offers lovely views of the backyard and the fairway of the fourth hole of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. Also on this level is a well-appointed queen suite, along with a full-sized washer and dryer for added convenience.  
  
Upstairs, the primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a king bed and a spa-like bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. A charming bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks provides a great space for kids or groups, with a full bathroom located just across the hall. Another queen bedroom with an that shares the hallway bathroom completes the second floor.  
  
The home’s outdoor spaces are designed for both relaxation and fun. In the garage, guests can enjoy a game of ping pong, while the backyard is outfitted with a gas grill, a cozy gas fire pit with plenty of seating, cornhole, and an oversized Connect Four game. A short ten-minute bike ride along scenic, tree-lined roads leads to the beach and the Dunes House, an oceanfront beach club with casual dining, cold drinks, seasonal live music, and stunning beach views.  
  
Palmetto Dunes is known for its world-class golf courses, top-rated tennis and pickleball facilities, and endless outdoor activities. Whether you prefer kayaking through the 11-mile lagoon, biking along miles of picturesque paths, or exploring the shops and dining at Shelter Cove Marina, there is something for everyone. Decent home in a quiet part or the Palmetto Dunes.Home had been recently renovated, which was nice, but there was some construction materials left outside on the ground. Also it would have been nice to have a vacuum cleaner available to use. Few tweaks to the property and I'd stay there again.
