This cozy loft-style condo, ideal for a small family or couples retreat, features a well-equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for four, and a living room with access out to a private, furnished patio. And when it's time to cool off, this complex offers a large, shared swimming pool.

This Sea Pines vacation rental is located near the Harbour Town Links Golf Course, home of the famed RBC Heritage tournament, with convenient access to waterfront shopping and dining. Additional resort activities include trail rides through Lawton Stables, marina activities at Harbour Town or South Beach , dining, shopping, kayak rentals, and miles of bike paths. Whether you're looking for the ideal golf getaway or a family fun vacation spot, Lighthouse Villas 1082 is the ideal choice for everyone.

THINGS TO KNOW
*Phase 2 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early May 2025, and is estimated to continue through June 2025.
Planned work will be conducted Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding major holidays. Weekend and overnight work may be necessary but will be communicated in advance.
Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be traveling to and from the project site.
Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.
Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians.
Sidewalks in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.
For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones.
Please also note that Harbourtown golf course will be closed from May 10th through mid November for maintenance.

The property and location were great. As advertised, but the dryer didn’t work. The property manager was nice enough to help dry my wet clothes and delivered them back to me. Great time, would recommend.

It was a nice stay. The place is small with only a loft. I somehow missed seeing that on the post. It was clean, but there was a dirty pan put away. It would be nice if there was bare necessities like I am used to at VRBO's. ie., oil, tin foil, saran wrap. After I bought salt and pepper, I saw the small ones on counter. Thank you for laundry soap, dishwasher soap, and bath soap.

The location is the best part the property itself is nice as well older property of course and good use and refreshening the caretaker there said they were going to put in new carpet or rather new flooring soon because it did have some stains that could not be removed certainly it's no fault of the owner. The Perfect Stay

Amazing location just a few minute walk to Harbour Town and the bakery for breakfast. The villa was spacious and very clean with the best view of the marsh in the backyard. We enjoyed the pool and being close to everything that Sea Pines has to offer. We will definitely be back!

This place was in a wonderful location, not even a two-minute drive down the road from Harbour Town. My only complaints are that there was mold in every single air vent inside the place, and while I understand that there is a lot of humidity and moisture in the area all year round, it really should have been taken care of before my boyfriend and I began our stay. Also I wish that there were photos of the bathrooms included in the listing; in terms of cleanliness they were great. They were just a bit smaller than I would have liked. My last thing is that there was a crack in the toilet seat of the upstairs bathroom. Assuming that was caused by the guests who stayed in the unit prior to us, it’s something that should’ve been fixed before we arrived. Those minor things aside, location was great, bathrooms, floors, kitchen, etc were clean, and we had a great time!

This condo is in the heart of sea pines and served its purpose for our two night stay: however, in the two nights we stayed there we found 5 inch worms crawling across the carpet. We also noticed several areas of dust. The coffee table is falling apart and my 10 month old made me extremely nervous walking around it.

I’ll start with the good things. The property is in a great location and the rental/check in process was smooth and easy. Beyond that, the my best description for the property is “tired”. The carpet and furniture is worn and a bit grungy. The furniture is very uncomfortable, the sleeper sofa had a large piece of tile supporting the cushion that broke. Not sure what the precise purpose of the tile was, but once removed the sofa was pretty awful. It appeared that the previous tenants puts used/dirty dishes back in the cupboards so we had to wash everything before we used it. The upstairs closet had some used tissues and cough drops in the closet - not exactly what you want to see during COVID. In summary, the place needs to be spruced up a bit and the management company could do a better job cleaning.

Too many bugs!

When we entered the villa, there were 4 palmetto bugs that we needed to kill. We found another 4 when we arrived back from the beach that day. Not really the way we wanted to start our 3-day vacation. Having lived in the South before, I know that these are around, but proper extermination can keep them away. I'd recommend that to the owners of this property.

Perfect Place to Enjoy Sea Pines

I have been coming to Sea Pines for years and renting in Stoney Creek for the last 10, first time in this unit. Perfect location with marsh view for having coffee in the morning watching birds or relaxing on the patio with a book. Harbor Town 5 minute walk and yet no noise. The private Sea Pines Beach with Beach Club 8 minute drive or you can take bikes. Tennis and Harbor Town Course across the street. Easy access to the other courses. The unit looks like someone's personal home, not a rental. Nicely furnished without all the beachy some people insist on putting in their units. Perfect for a single, couple with one child or two friends if one will sleep on (from what I am told a very confortable sofa bed. ) Two large closets off the master bedroom in the loft and good size bathroom. The first floor powder room can serve as second bath just no shower. Kitchen is workable and nicely equipped. I stayed a week in this unit and cooked several times. Just wish they do like the do in Europe where it is comon to leave things like salt pepper sugar even a small supply of tea and coffee. Having a full size laundry room is great even for a short stay. Would suggest they add a couple of beach chairs. Other rentals I have used usually have a couple. I would highly recommend this unit for a short getaway or a longer stay.

Everything was really nice in this villa. We were there for a week & ate breakfast daily, with all necessary kitchen items for cooking. Sea Pines is an area with a guard station, which made us feel pretty secure. I love to swim and found the pool to be VERY nice. The patio with grill was nice (an umbrella would have been nice), and the washer/dryer was nice to have! The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is because the carpet was not very clean. The carpet is white, and there were many visible stains, as well as it not being clean in general. The one bedroom is a loft, so there's not a lot of privacy if there are others staying downstairs, as we're our adult children. Overall great stay!!!
