Situated in the desirable Burkes Beach community of Hilton Head Island, this home has a gorgeous tranquil coastal style design that will inspire the feeling of being swept away to a relaxing spa with all the conveniences and proximity to the beach. Your family vacation memories will be made entertaining in the open concept living, dining, and kitchen space on the main level. The newly renovated "chef's" kitchen is complete with a huge island and is stocked with all the cookware you need for any and all meals you wish to prepare. There is plenty of open pantry space to store snacks and drinks with additional pantry space across from the elevator. All levels of this home have been recently transformed to a bright beachy feel with fresh paint and accent walls, to all new beds, mattresses, pillows, linens and more! This is the family vacation home you've been looking for! Outside you will enjoy the fenced in private pool and hot tub (both can be heated for an additional charge), outdoor seating, and grilling area. Bedrooms(8) were just right for our group. TVs worked without a hitch( a must to watch the hockey (playoffs). BBQ worked perfectly. We choose a different beach each year and span 4 generations. This house was fantastic and newly renovated. Short walk to beautiful Hilton Head beach. I would definitely recommend this property. Loved all the pool and beach toys plus chairs and buggies being available. We brought electric scooters and these were a huge hit around the greenways of Hilton Head. ##### Stuart C. We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our large family. Clean, neat and decorated great. A majority of the time was spent in the pool playing with our granddaughters. We did pay the additional to heat the pool and spa and was well worth it. Very comfortable for the little ones. Easy walk to the beach. The kitchen is always a gathering spot. It was well stocked and had a great table to gather. Dustin was a great host and always responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely recommend this property. ##### Marcy B. The communication was fantastic from booking through check-out. What a great place. The location is perfect and the amenities in the house were awesome. We had visited Hilton Head before, but we loved this property. There was space for everyone. The beach truly is steps away. We have a toddler and several young children in the group. Makes it much easier when everyone can come and go as they need. A huge bonus was a park across the street. It has a big field to play in as well as playground equipment and pickle ball courts. I would definitely recommend this property. The owners were great to work with and could be easily reached by text or email. We mostly cook in now, but we did visit a fun family restaurant the last night. The kitchen is well equipped for a crowd. Beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend renting this property (and we have rented a lot)! We also rented bikes. It is a very easy process. ##### Elizabeth F. Very clean, well appointed, really nice furnishings. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. All of the bathrooms have been updated and are very luxurious. The kitchen, dining area and living room is a nice open space where we spent a lot of our time playing board games and talking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped as described. The living room was a great space for conversation after busy days at the beach and pool. We had an incredible stay in late June at this home. Our group was 16 people across 4 families ranging in ages from 5 to 67 years old, including one with special needs & a wheelchair, so the elevator was perfect. The home is easy walking distance to the beach, with a great carpeted path that makes for easy wagon pulling and a shower/foot wash station. The pool was essential to cool off, and the ground floor game room was a lot of fun. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and silverware, and the home was in excellent condition. The hosts were responsive and we are strongly considering coming back next year! ##### Brian B. We travel to Hilton head with five other families with kids of various teenage ages. This house was the perfect place for our large group. Plenty of space, beautiful pool, close to the beach, with spacious rooms to retreat to if we needed quiet time. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed.
