This is a single level home with the exception of 7 steps off the kitchen leading to the twin bunk bedroom. You'll find 3 large Flat Screen Smart TV's in this home with Samsung TV Plus. All beds and mattresses are new (purchased in 2022), King and queen mattresses are high quality brands (Casper and Nectar), all new indoor furniture (2022). Guests of this home can enjoy the second living area without being disturbed by any TV, perfectly set to sit and read, or play games with family on a rainy day! Or you can gather to grill on the spacious back deck, with seating for 8\. The private pool includes 2 lounge chairs for those that want to relax and take in the sunshine.
