There was no need to go anywhere else once we were at Sea Front. Plenty of room and entertainment to stay in. Except for one room configuration, we were not disappointed as we enjoyed all of the luxuries of a beautiful, brand-new home. It was a huge benefit having the pool on the living level of the house, it's where we spent the majority of our time. As a large group, we tend to cook at home. The grill was a bit small, but the double ovens, dishwashers, and fridges were a huge plus, and the huge dining table allowed us all to gather and enjoy the feasts. This home boasts a spectacular location, offering a short stroll to the beach and a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The issue we had upon arrival was no working elevator. We called multiple times but the property manager wasn’t able to address the issue. With a 4 story house and heavy bags, an elevator was key to our decision to rent the house at 12 Seafront lane. While we understand that things can go wrong, the property manager’s inability to get the elevator company to even make a visit to the house wasn’t a good sign. We will come back to Hilton head but will look for at other properties managed by a different company. ##### tom c.
