Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note E-bikes are not allowed. \*Phase 2 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early May 2025, and is estimated to continue through June 2025. Planned work will be conducted Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding major holidays. Weekend and overnight work may be necessary but will be communicated in advance. Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be traveling to and from the project site. Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times. Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians. Sidewalks in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours. For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones. Please also note that Harbourtown golf course will be closed from May 10th through mid November for maintenance. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full and one half baths. There is lots of space. We had a couple of issues but they were promptly addressed. The morning that we were leaving my husband also made the property manager aware of a few small issues but I am sure they will be dealt with. 2 things that would have made the stay a little better would be to add the pool code to the email with door code and wifi password and have housekeeping put a trash bag in the kitchen trash can. We found it to be clean, well functioning, and convenient. The AC was comfortable for the bottom floor. The AC seemed to struggle on the 2nd and even more on the 3rd floors. We were pleased with the bathrooms and hot water. I’d suggest having the drain checked in the front 2nd floor bedroom. Overall my family and I were very happy to stay at this location. ##### Elina W. Could not see keepad to enter code unless you leave light on 1- Could not see keypad at night unless you leave lights on 2- second floor, floor makes lots of noise when you walk. Everyone wakes up due the noise. 3- tub not drains very very slow. Tv’s are very old and very small. Bathroom fans, extremely noise, they will wAke you up.
