The third room was very small but good for the kids. The air didn't work upstairs but they had ceiling fans and two small fans to use. Even in early June, it was too hot upstairs. Everyone was uncomfortable sleeping except for the person on the sofa bed downstairs (where it was cold). Needed at the minimum some additional fans.
