The 3rd bedroom does not have a vent for ventilation, The room is the size of a walk in closet. The unit needs some TLC. There seemed to be water damage in the living room. Even in early June, it was too hot upstairs. Everyone was uncomfortable sleeping except for the person on the sofa bed downstairs (where it was cold). Needed at the minimum some additional fans. Also the bunk room is not really a room, but a closet. It's not big enough for teens. It's fine for small children. ##### Samantha V. The dryer had so much sand in it from previous people that we were unable to use it at all. Sand literally sits on the walls of the dryer. Many blinds are broken and non functional in every room.
