Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The condo was spacious for two people and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated access to the beach chairs! The kitchen seems to have been recently updated and has a large refrigerator. We cooked a number of meals for ourselves but also appreciated the onsite grills and dining options. Jun 13, 2024 #### Hilton Head Beach & Tennis 134A This home met the needs of our family of three. We loved the close proximity to the beach and the pools. It was an easy walk for our six year old son to and from the beach with daily beach gear. The close proximity to beach and pool areas allowed us to travel quickly back to the room for lunch from either location. The only issue/concern we had during our stay is about the top bunk rail. The rail is not stable and did not provide safety. The slightest movement would knock the rail out of place and it would fall off into the floor. Since the railing was not stable/safe this caused a change in sleeping arrangements for our six year old son. The rail on the top bunk needs to be permanent so that it provides safety for a child sleeping on the top bunk. Jul 15, 2024 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness, communication #### Good location, but poor management communication and needs some updates Upon arrival, the place looked great. It was a bit dirty, but I was still hopeful. The cleaning people were still working past the check in time. The bed felt like it was going to fall apart. My feet were up in the air and I was rolling back in towards the headboard. I reached out to management several times throughout the week with the promise that someone would call, text or email to come check it out. No one ever called even after numerous attempts. On Friday morning when I was checking out I reached out a final time to let them know that no one ever called or came by. I was informed that someone did come by and without my approval and without me there. I was promised that I would be contacted prior and never was. I was traveling with an immunocompromised person and had asked 2 times to be notified by management when they were coming. We needed to air the place out after someone would have been through and disinfected for their health. This was an extremely frustrating way to end the trip because what they did "fix" didn't fix the issue. We also had no extra sheets for the pullout. Again, I reached out several times about this with no follow through. The pullout is the thinnest I have slept on and you are on springs. This may be ok for a kid, but I got no sleep the entire week. On top of the no follow through and bad beds, the couch was filthy with stains all over the cushions and the wifi was also out the majority of the week. The location is great. ##### Julianne M. We had two seven year olds with us so we love the close proximity to the beach and pool areas. The walk to both are quick and easy. Our only issue/concern last year and again this year is that the top bunk railing is not secure and stable. The slightest movement would cause it to fall into the floor or into the bed below.
