Home sleeps up to 22 guests (14 Beds) depending on sleeping arrangements.. We are located in a gated community a short walk to the beach on pathways and sidewalk. This home offers a heated screened pool keeping pesky bugs away and elevator. The main floor is open concept perfect for large families or groups to enjoy and socialize. Rear yard has BBQ, and firepit and is fully fenced. 6 Person Golf Cart available with restrictions.. Dill Dinkers indoor pickleball close by.  
  
6 Bedrooms, 4 Bathroom home, 3 Blocks to the beach. has elevator which runs from garage to top floor. Screened heated pool and 5 person spa.

6 Person Golf Cart Available(after 2/15/25) at discounted rates  
Golf cart rental requires a valid drivers license, current drivers insurance policy and driver to be 25 years old. Release of liability must be signed by drivers.  
  
Ground Level:  
  
Starting on the Ground Level the house has a large garage under the house which can hold 2 cars. We have two beach wagons, 2 coolers on wheels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The heated pool is located toward the rear and is screened to allow bug free use and enjoyment. Heat is included at no additional cost. The rear yard has a 5 person spa, a charcoal grill and a firepit, Wood, charcoal and lighter fluid is in the garage. The rear yard is fully fenced. A outdoor shower is available for use. The elevator runs from the ground level to each floor.  
  
First Floor:  
  
Features a large bedroom in the front of the house with direct access to full bathroom. Bedroom has a queen bed.   
The great room includes a large spacious kitchen with expansive island with 4 bar stools. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes dishes, utensil\`s, pots, pans, blender, crock pot, waffle grill and a variety of cooking spices. A large dining room table with seating for 10\. The living room area has a large couch, loveseat and a queen sofa bed. around the TV.   
  
The living room, Dining area and Kitchen form a large great room, a perfect area to gather. The room has 12 foot sliders which can be opened for indoor outdoor living. The view of trees and nature is very relaxing.  
  
The 2nd Floor features the master bedroom with King Bed, The master bathroom has a large walk in shower, frameless glass shower door, Double vanity.  
  
Two additional bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, each with queen beds. One bedroom has direct access to full hallway bathroom.  
  
A full size laundry room is off the hallway.  
  
The top floor features a large bedroom with two queen beds with direct access to hallway full bathrooom.   
  
At the end of the hall is a large room used as the 6th bedroom, We have a TV, Video game with two stools, and two bunk beds. each section has 3 beds.  
Each bunk bed has two full beds and one twin beds. We have a total of 4 full beds and 2 twin beds.  
  
Families traveling with little ones will find their needs catered to with care and attention. We offer a crib and a pack and play, as well as a high chair, to ensure the youngest members of your family are safe and content throughout your stay.

A waiver of liability must be signed at time of rental.  
  
Their are a limited number of roads that can be driven on with Golf Cart. Map will be provided.

Just got back from a fabulous stay in this very clean, well appointed home. Michael was an absolute dream to work with and was so very accommodating to ensure our family gathering went off without a hitch. Beautiful area, close to two clean beaches with calm waters. The little kids and the group loved the pool and we all enjoyed evenings around the fire pit. Michael, thank you for the roaster (I did notice and appreciate you). I would highly recommend a stay at 79 Sandcastle. The golf cart rental was fun and I am glad we opted to add it on.

This place was wonderful! The house accommodated a large family vacation! Enough room to accomodate parents and adult children. Michael is an exceptional host. He was very easy to communicate with and problem solve with us! He even went above by ordering a ramp for our family member who was in a wheelchair to be able to join us at the pool and near the BBQ!! Much appreciated! The house was very clean and well stocked. Great property. Plenty of space for 10 adults. Well-equipped, everything we needed for a full week. Pool, fire pit, and grill were nice to have. The beach gear (umbrellas, towels, chairs, coolers, wagons) was a nice bonus. Michael was a great host.

#### Peace by the beach 

From the moment we walked into the home, it felt very much like home. It was roomy, spacious, clean, and the owner was really on point with communication. The pool was warm and the hot tub was a plus. We used the fire pit a lot. We loved every part of what the amenities had to offer. The living and dining space and kitchen were an open floor concept and it worked great for when we all wanted to hang out. All the beds were super comfortable. The games on the fourth floor was a bonus. The place itself was super clean and designed for peace and relaxation. All the thoughtful decorations were on point as well. The walk to the beach isn’t far at all. It’s pretty much a straight shot once you get out of the gated community. About a 9 minute walk, but if you’re biking you can get there within 4-5 minutes. The house also has an elevator which was awesome for my elderly mom to navigate up and down the levels. It also made it easier for taking our luggage up and down too. It was fully stocked in the kitchen and the owner made sure you didnt just get a starter pack which is also a plus. This house is amazing and we would definitely stay here again when we come to visit Hilton head. Thank you for letting us stay in your home for our vacation. We really loved it.

This is a very well maintained home in a development close to the beach. The owner, Michael, makes sure the house is well stocked with everything you need besides food. Charcoal, campfire wood, spices and more than enough dishes for a large group. He even called us the day of check in and offered us the home earlier than check in.

Beautiful home. Owner was responsive and extremely helpful and easy to work with. Never stayed in such a well stocked house. The house had everything including charcoal for the grill and wood for the fire pit. The pool and hot tub were great and the elevator came in very handy for my elderly mother. This house worked perfectly for our family of 4 adults and 7 kids ranging in age from 5 mo to 12years old. The elevator was an absolute life saver for transporting luggage to the 3rd and 2nd floors and groceries to the 2nd level. The kids had a great time playing up in the bunk room. We had a great time.

#### Bride Tribe Bachelorette!

Our group celebrated a bachelorette weekend in Hilton Head, SC and had an amazing time at this beach house! It was spacious, clean, had all the amenities, and just a short walk to the beach. Michael was so easy to communicate with leading up to the stay and answered any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

Staying at this property was a good match for our traveling group of 5 households that meet once a year. We appreciated the 10 min walk to Folly Field Beach along the paved path. We used the house's beach chairs, umbrellas, & wagons. The house configuration & elevator was great for together time. Having the pool on the garage level was a great activity when coming back from the beach or on a rainy day. We used the grill and liked the great big kitchen table for all to sit around.
