Short and long-term/winter rentals available! Two-story townhouse in the heart of Coligny area - 2 bed/2.5 bath, sleeps 8\. Lower floor opens to a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee/tea station, dining area, half bath, and living room with a queen-size pullout couch, smart TV, games and books for your use during your stay. Walk out to a patio with outdoor dining area and gas grill and the shared courtyard and community pool (not heated). Moving upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed and balcony overlooking the courtyard. The second has a king bed and twin-size bunk beds. Both are equipped with smart TVs. There are two full size bathrooms (showers, no tubs). Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as extra blankets and pillows in the hall closet. Laundry is just off the kitchen. The condo is a very short walk to Coligny beach, dozens of restaurants, Celebration Park with a large playground, live music venues, grocery store (Piggly Wiggly), shopping, ice cream, coffee shops, and more. Just a 5-10 bike ride or drive to some of the best golf courses in the southeast, as well as Harbour Town, South Beach Marina and Shelter Cove. Whether you're here for beach time, a family get-together, a romantic getaway, golf, biking, or just exploring the Lowcountry, we've got what you need. We took advantage of the pool and easy walk to the beach. We have two small children and it was really accessible wander down with a wagon and kids in tow. The property provided beach chairs which were great to have, but there were so many amenities that were available we were very spoilt- the grill in the evening was a treat! We had great communication with the property regarding a recent repair, overall this place just felt like a home away from home. It was very very clean and provided everything imaginable to help make our weekend stay enjoyable. The proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants was perfect for us being first time to experience Hilton Head. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again in the future. ##### Larry D. We love the location! It’s a quick walk or bike ride to beach, many restaurants and shopping. The condo was very nice and clean. Well stocked with anything you need for your stay. Ten minute walk to beach with toddler and child. The space was wonderful for my family and parents. Stairs are a bit steep for little ones.Overall great stay !! ##### franada H.
