Inside this 1200 Square foot interior are several modern conveniences, including flat screen cable/Smart TV's with Netlix and Hulu in every room and high speed WiFi. With stainless steel appliances and generous counter space in the fully equipped kitchen, cooking will be a breeze! Prepare your favorite zesty dishes and gather around the 8-person dining table for a quality meal with your family and friends. A separate coffee and wine bar with built in beverage cooler allow you to quince your palate from breakfast to after dinner drinks. Parking is first come, first serve with 2 parking passes provided. Choose your style of beach with equal distance walk or bike ride - only 1/4 mile from the villa. From the complex, turn left to a quieter beach in front of oceanfront homes or head right to Coligny beach for much more activity. Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut offer great resturants and shoppes with live entertainment daily during season and on the weekends off season. Entry to the villa is keyless and allows self-check in. The Villa is accessible by 6 stairs only and therefore may not be suitable for those who have difficulty using stairs. I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. Did contact the property manager with concerns about the cleanliness of a filter and how congested we were when in the villa - she was very responsive, and came and changed it that day. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the villa as a whole. Blinds were broken, which didn’t bother me except they were covered in dust when I touched them to lock a window. We also found clusters of fake eyelashes in a drawer, and a pair of thong underwear under the bed. Aside from the cleanliness issue, the villa was nice. This is the first place we have ever rented that required us to have a streaming service to get decent TV stations even though cable was advertised in the VRBO Listing.Since we stayed a month, several things would have made the stay better. \* There were no dressers to put cloths in, \* There was no good place to set up a computer and printer, \* The patio furniture was rusty and not very inviting, \* The. place had only been surface cleaned prior to our arrival ##### Dianne M. Toilet would not stop running in primary bedroom, bathtub in second bedroom would not drain well. Mattresses were so so. Smelled musty. Fridge was good. TVs worked. Furniture was okay. The pictures were accurate in describing the unit and the manager was responsive and flexable about the checkout time. We will definitely go back to this unit if we visit HHI again. ##### Hyun K.
