The House: Park up to 4 vehicles safely in our driveway. A keypad on the front door will grant you access inside. The main entry opens up to a spacious living area, including a 65" Smart TV for all your streaming apps, with ample space for everyone to enjoy comfortably. From the living area, walk into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area with complimentary coffee. Off the dining area is an enclosed porch to relax and enjoy the view of the backyard. There are four bedrooms, two with king beds and two with 2 full beds each room (so 2 king beds and 4 full beds in total). The master bedroom is on the back of the house, with private walk-out access to the deck, king bed, and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and free-standing bathtub. The three other bedrooms are along the front of the house, two of which include en suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has its own bathroom just across the hall. All bathrooms are full-sized, and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are ceiling fans throughout the house for your comfort. The “Golf Room” features a full-size golf simulator with SkyTrack launch monitor and 12’ enclosure. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a dart board and TV for lounging and hanging out in the Golf Room on those few rainy days when golf courses might be closed, if you want to play some simulated rounds or if you just want to work on your swing. There is a second Game Room with pool, shuffleboard, and board games. It’s also a great social room to just hang out, including a 65” Smart TV for watching sports, movies, or your favorite shows. Outside, the fun continues with a 3-hole putting green. There is an outdoor dining table for 8 guests, with overflow seating all around the dining table and along the 60-foot-long deck. A giant Stainless Steel 6-Burner Gas Grill that will fit up to 28 burgers at one time should accommodate any of your outdoor grilling needs, and patio furniture surrounding a cozy gas fire pit is perfect for creating fun memories. With its unique amenities and location central to the island, Hilton Haven is a perfect base to use for your Hilton Head Island trip! Guest access Entire home is for guests. It has everything to occupy your guests with their golf room, pool table / game room and the putting green in the backyard. The beds are super comfortable and the home is very clean. They are equipped with all things needed for babies. We asked the owner if they had an air fryer, upon which John & Kim purchased one for us and had it delivered before we arrived. They are dedicated to making your stay enjoyable. I definitely recommend your family stay here. ##### Jill H. We were minutes away from shopping, dining and the beach. We did not want to leave the house once we arrived. The family played golf, pool, cards and board games. John and Kim were great hosts. This home was stunning, the amenities offered at the house are unlike any other! From a gold simulator and pool table to a firepit with plenty of seating this rental was perfection! We had a group of 12 girls all in the house for three nights and it fit everyone comfortably! This was my first visit to Hilton Head Island and I will stay in this home on all future visits! The host were beyond accommodating and the communication was the best I have ever experienced! I cannot say enough good things about this rental, BOOK IT! Tons of awesome amenities like pool, corn hole, giant Jenga, and a beautiful outdoor deck and backyard! The hots John and Kim were super nice and were always at the ready to answer any questions we had! Very clean with lots to do and a great distance from several beaches, restaurants, and shops. The host was great! Some friends and I planned a golf trip in Hilton Head over Memorial Day weekend and were excited to see this listing. So many great amenities this house has for when we were back at the house. Awesome grill and outdoor setup. Golf simulator. Right in the heart of sea pines. It all made for a great weekend! ##### John H.
