Newly remodeled & fully equipped for your golfer’s retreat or family/friends' coastal vacation. 5 mins from SeaPines Beach Club and 6 mins from the Harbourtown Golf Links. Located in famous Sea Pines Plantation. Enter the gates of resort living offering trolley rides to local restaurants, premium golf courses, pool access, HarbourTown Lighthouse, & most importantly- the beach! The space Custom charcuterie board, wine/beer, fresh flowers, or private chef accommodations are available upon request. Views of the pool, hottub, and marsh can be enjoyed while lounging in any seat in this room! Kitchen: Offers a fully equipped chef's kitchen to make homemade meals with state-of-the-art WOLF appliances, pots/pans/kitchenware, and complimentary local organic coffee, teas, spices. Backyard: Back patio with a fire pit to gather around on cooler nights, an outdoor (hot and cold water) rain-head shower, an outdoor grilling area, a private spa like hottub that seats 7, heated pool, loungers, and outdoor dining area. Beach Equipment: 4 Beach Cruiser Bikes are located at the house free of charge. 4 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and 10 beach towels are also available. Additional beach equipment can be rented from the Sea Pines Beach Club. Guest access You will receive check-in instructions via email from VRBO a few days before your arrival. These instructions will be available anytime in the app in your reservation under "Check-In Instructions". Parking is allowed in the driveway and garage ONLY. NO parking on the grass, roadside, or in the pinestraw. Sea Pines actively enforces this and can fine for these violations. Other things to note Landscapers come every Friday to maintain the grounds. The trash company comes every Wednesday and Saturday to get trash bags out of the bins located in the service yard. We had a small family reunion and spent our time together at this lovely home. We enjoyed everything from the neighborhood, pool, bikes, views, back porch and playing uno around the coffee table. The house was beautiful and just as pictured! There were a few hiccups at the beginning of the stay but the owner was very responsive and had everything taken care of for us in a very timely manner - they even had someone come out on a holiday! (nothing crazy just some lights out and couldn’t use the upstairs shower at first ) We appreciated the help in making our stay comfortable! We hope to be back again in the future!! It was very well equipped with lots of spices, foil, soaps, etc. The bikes are awesome and in great condition. There are a lot of steps to all the various levels if you have kids/elderly. We stayed here with my family for thanksgiving and we couldn’t have asked for a better home for that ! It was so spacious and we really felt like we could spread out if needed or be all together and wonderful kitchen to cook thanksgiving in. And the weather was cooler but the pool was heated amazing and the cool weather didn’t stop us - we swam non stop and had a blast ! Would definitely try to rent this one again! ##### Heather E.
