Close to the beach, on the 1st floor and close to the laundry room. It was a little small. Perfect for 2 people. We had 4 that included 2 teenage boys so it was a little tight on space. The place was clean, provided many items such as nice beach chairs and kitchen supplies, and was the perfect location for going back and forth from the pool and beach with our three boys.
