The main leaving area and bedrooms have been recently updated, however, the bathrooms and kitchen areas are due for update. It is an easy walk to the Sea Pines beach club and Harbour Town and a nice bike to South Beach. We didn’t have any issues and the check in process was relatively simple. The kitchen has everything you need! There is a big dining and living room area. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with a good amount of closet space. The bathrooms definitely need updating and it looks like they are starting that process. The rooms could use a paint job too. There was plenty of parking spaces. It was a very convenient location near grocery stores, restaurants, attractions and the beach.
