This gorgeous five bedroom, four and a half bathroom Forest Beach oceanfront home can host a group of up to ten guests. The private pool deck area overlooks the pristine beach and ocean. A nice perk is the home offers complementary pool heat seasonally. As long as the outdoor temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool heat typically March through May & September through October. This is a dog friendly home & allows up to two dogs total. The pet fee is $250 plus tax. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our experience here at 65 Dune Lane was great! The house is a few steps from the beach and was located very close to all of the restaurants and shops in the area. The house is beautiful inside and was a perfect size for our family. We were told our pool would be heated when we arrived. It felt chilly compared to a normal heated pool so we gave it a day to see if it would feel better. We were only there 5 days so unfortunately we spent two days out of the pool because it turned out it wasn't heated as promised when we would arrive. BUT we called the management company and they sent someone out immediately to figure out the problem. I would just make sure to confirm this is heated prior to your arrival.
