It has everything you may need - they do give you a heads up that you may need to buy some extras if you are there for a long stay which I appreciated. Check-in and check out were very easy as well. My only critique would be that the sofa bed is not very comfortable. As a family of 5 we really needed that extra sleeping space. I would suggest that you eliminate a closet in the twin bedroom and add another bed in that room. That would have been perfect. One final note, would be to explain that there is beach access from Shipyard. This was our first time to Hilton Head and we would've loved a little more direction for restaurants and beach access.
