We hadn't realized how close we'd be to the tennis academy and was thrilled to play tennis 2 days in a row. The villa was clean and very comfortable. The only thing that sticks out is that the bunk bed in the 2nd room where our 10 yr old daughter slept was squeaky & loud every time she moved in bed. We booked at the last minute, and Tiffany was super helpful and responsive to my questions. The condo has everything you need for a beach trip. We didn’t use them, but it was nice to have access to the beach gear and beach towels. It took us about 10 minutes to walk to the beach with a 1-year-old in tow, which wasn’t too bad. We were there Labor Day weekend and even then the beach wasn’t too crowded. Everything was nice and updated, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The shower has amazing water pressure, which was really nice after a day at the beach! I would recommend this rental and would stay here again! ##### Lindsay S. My only hiccup was that the ac was not allowed to be below 70 due to possibly freezing up. Totally understandable, if that is a possible issue or concern. Just wish I knew those exact details beforehand, as that could have very well kept us from staying or would have prepared us. It was the perfect size for my family of 5, including my 3 sons ages 11-13-16\. The host is so accommodating- we had everything we needed and then some. She communicated with us to make sure everything was going well throughout the week. The condo is very close to the beach- we walked every day (it’s about a half mile and it only took us between 7-8 min, walking slowly and toting the beach items). It’s also very close to Coligny. Overall great location! The condo itself is decorated beautifully, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. Loved the Friday to Friday rental- traffic was much better, plus the grocery store was less crowded. Excellent stay! I would definitely stay here again! ##### Cristina S.
