Both the kitchen and bathrooms were professionally renovated in February 2024, and they’re absolutely stunning.

Perfect Location in Greenwood Forest
This 3-bedroom one level home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in Greenwood Forest, just minutes from the shops and restaurants of Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, and Sea Pines Center. Guests also enjoy access to the Greenwood Forest pool, playground, tennis, and basketball. A neighborhood path shortens the walk or bike ride to Sea Pines Center and Harbour Town.

Sea Pines offers endless activities: miles of white sandy beaches, golf, tennis, pickleball, bike trails, and boating. Take a sunset or dolphin cruise from Harbour Town or South Beach, and don’t miss the Sea Pines Beach Club with oceanfront bar and restaurants. Visit the petting zoo at Lawton Stables and take a horse ride through the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. The Quarterdeck restaurant in Harbour Town has beautiful views across the Calibogue Sound to Daufuskie Island and beautiful sunset views. Overall we had a good 5 night stay. The master bedroom was a great layout and loved the large sofa. The location is perfect as there is entrance from the backyard to the walking trails. We would just recommend having a little bit more of an organized kitchen. Thank you for allowing a place for us to bring our pups!

Beautiful, clean, and modern home that was perfect for our family of five. The three bedrooms fit our needs exactly, and the quiet cul-de-sac location was peaceful and lovely. The management company was very attentive with excellent communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Sea Pines! The house was exactly as listed and the photos perfectly captured the home - it was beautifully decorated and very cozy. Fit our family of 5 adults but could easily sleep up to 7-8 as listed. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and close to the beach (4 min drive or 12 min bike ride). Highly recommend!

Home was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the washer and the host responded promptly. The issue was resolved for a day before failing again however I didn't contact the host as I didn't want to spend more time resolving it again. The one drawback to this property was the lack of attention spent on the back of the property and the outdoor shower. It looked to be unfinished and neglected. Also, the back patio was unkempt and uninviting with haphazardly placed chairs and mildewed beach equipment. There weren't remotes for half of the tvs. The property was very close to Harbor Town and was quiet and peaceful.

The photos in the house do not do it justice. Tom's house was absolutely perfect for our extended family. It is a short bike ride to the beach and to Harbor Town, and a quick walk to the community pool and the shoppping center with a cafe, restaurants, and a convenience store. The beds weree comfortable, the house was absolutely spotless, and the ktichen was well-equipped and spacious. Tom was incredibly responsive, and didn't even mind when I asked him questions that his very thorough check-in guide had already answered but I simply failed to read carefully. I would rent this house again very happily!

Beautiful home, Great Location!

Home has great layout and decor, spacious, nice furniture, kitchen well equipped. Very clean, plenty of towels. Be prepared to bring or purchase tissues, toilet paper, napkins, garbage bags, laundry detergent, shower stuff. Had a snafu with the pool access card and tennis court code first couple days but Tom was quick to communicate and take care of it. Really appreciated the quiet neighborhood and location/ privacy of the home. This is the 7th year we’ve vacationed at HHI, 4th year at Sea Pines and this is the first home we would definitely love to stay at again.

Sea Pines Vacation

We met our adult children for vacation and had a great time. The house is spacious and we were so glad we could being our golden doodle. We saw lots of deer and birds at the house and alligators in nearby ponds which we enjoyed. We loved all the bike trails and beautiful large trees for shade.

Second time, even better than the first

We love this property! We stayed here one other time, and knew it was a home to return to. The renovated bathrooms are beautiful and complete the experience for us of feeling truly relaxed and restored - surrounded by nature in our happy place. Love that we can bring our furry family members too!

Great home in good location

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean and the remodeled kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. We grilled out on the back patio for the nights we were there and that was enjoyable. Host was very responsive.
