This is not a handicap accessible unit. 21 steps to main level. 52 steps from that level to top party room. My husband had open heart surgery in January so had all he could do to get to first floor. Our family enjoyed the upper levels, we did not. Elevator broken for over 3 months. It is not available for guests. They tried to repair for us but more parts were needed. ##### EDNA G. This property exceeded our expectations on every account. It was in a beautiful neighborhood with beautiful views. I’m about a two minute walk to the beach and the thing that impress me was the size of the place. We knew it was gonna be big with 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, but I didn’t realize that on the fourth floor there was a massive second of living space. Plenty of room to cook and play and hang out. It was awesome having that upstairs living space for the kids while the adult stayed on the main level. I would most definitely stay here again. ##### Bryce C. Beach access was wonderful - loved the comfortable and inviting gathering spaces on top and bottom floors - outside balconies were all utilized. Spacious bedrooms with private baths were awesome. The house and rooms were all spacious. The view fantastic. It was just a short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and having an en-suite in each bedroom was so nice.
