The beds we comfy with nice linens and all of the bathrooms were upgraded with nice amenities. It is small dog friendly and our pupper did just fine. The atrium with fireplace was wonderful for relaxing in the evening after cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds, lovely linens and nice bathrooms. We would return in a minute-great for adults and would also work well for family groups with kids. Great location-convenient to all of Sea Pines! There is plenty of space for families to spread out into the various bedrooms and the garage has space to store beach gear, cars, bikes, etc. The living and dining space can host a large dinners and game time. The problem is in the state of the carpets, floors, and furnishings. The home is also very close to everything in Sea Pines. A short drive, walk, or bike ride to Harbour Town and the Beaches. There were more than enough rooms/beds/bathrooms with some to spare. There was also plenty of space for everyone to be together, of areas for you to be alone if wanted. We had a minor inconvenience with our water heater, but the property management company had someone out within an hour of my contact with them, he was AMAZING! Super respectful and helpful.
