Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. But then got a text message about an hour later that the property was done and ready to check in at 11am. It was perfect because we were about to pull into town. We arrived and unloaded our stuff from a 24 hour drive and it was clear that the unit hadn’t been cleaned. The beds were unmade, the towels were in the bathtub, food was in the fridge, the floors weren’t vacuumed. It was clearly a mistake that we got the text to check in, but I just threw the sheets and towels in the wash and ran the vacuum. For me, small price to pay to be able to check in at 11:30am rather than 4pm. Cleaners stopped by about 30 minutes after we arrived, and there was a language barrier, our stuff was already everywhere, and towels and sheets were already in the wash, so we sent them away. The furnishings are a little dated, but we didn't mind that a bit. It is a little noisy in one bedroom due to the proximity to the pool, but it really didn't bother us too much.
