A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials makes cooking at home a breeze. An additional cleaning fee of $175.00 per pet will apply. Gym is not available on the property. Book your stay today and enjoy Hilton Head at its best. Any applicable parking fees are NOT included in the displayed rate. Additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled. Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee. Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. There is also a hose right outside the door so perfect for cleaning up after the beach without bringing the beach inside.
