Just a leisurely stroll from the beach, this beautiful, 1st-floor condo is the perfect getaway for you and your family! We are available any time to help! Please don't hesitate to contact us for any reason! :) The Spa is a beautiful resort on Port Royal Sound with private beach access along with many other amenities. This includes a natural beach where you can see many local inhabitants including horse shoe crabs, blue herons, and fiddler crabs. There is a pier that is great for fishing, along with several different barbecue areas, hammocks for relaxing, and two outdoor pools. There are tennis courts right outside the villa, as well as a playground for little ones very close by. For the cooler months, there is an indoor pool, spa, and sauna. Guests have access to the shared amenities, including: \-tennis and basketball courts \-playground \-indoor pool, spa, sauna, and fitness room \-two outdoor pools \-walking path \-pier \-grilling areas \-beach You are only: \-5 minute walk down to the beach (the best natural beach on the island) \-2 minute drive to Historic Mitchelville Freedom Park \-3 minute drive to Hilton Head Island Airport \-3 minute drive to the Junior Players Golf Academy \-4 minute drive to Hilton Head Island Coffee Co. \-Many great restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive! This luxurious condo is designed to provide you with a peaceful and relaxing experience during your stay. Unwind in the comfortable living room, equipped with a 55" inch smart TV, where you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies, or you can take a moment to relax on the enclosed porch, savoring the fresh air and peaceful surroundings. Snacks and coffee are provided to enhance your stay, as well as an abundance of beach equipment and board games to enjoy! Whether you're interested in unwinding or finding adventure, our luxurious villa is the place for you and yours! A car is a necessity here, but many people rent bikes to ride on the plentiful bike paths around the island! There is plenty of parking in the resort. A parking pass will be issued for your vehicle to be picked up at the gate upon your arrival and will last the length of your stay. There is NO SMOKING allowed inside the condo or on the patio! Please help us keep our beautiful condo smelling great. There are no motorcycles, RVs, or watercraft of any kind allowed in the resort. This property observes quiet hours after 10 PM through 8 AM, and we ask guests to be aware and to comply. (This includes music, voices, happy children's running footsteps outside, etc.) While we love pets, unfortunately they are not allowed on the resort property. There is a strict fine assessed for pets. Renting bicycles is a great way to explore the island. Bike rentals are available online. Mike’s Bikes or The Bike Doctor are two nearby reliable bike rental stores. They both will deliver & pick up bikes for your use. I book this Condo by Expedia and it said beach front and it was not beach front. It was not even the name of the property. It said on the website coastal Luxe villa by the beach front,and when we got there we was told that is on the other side of town.we was lost for two hours and the person at the gate had us in circle. I am very upset because the property said 16 minutes away from where my son was graduating from.my son was in Paris Island marine. The unit was absolutely fantastic, clean, quiet and very well stocked with anything you could imagine needing to make your stay a great experience. Historic Mitchellville is simply across the street and was a wonderful treat to explore and learn more about. The only negative I have is the beach adjacent to the property is full of pluff mud and all it brings with it - so not as usable as we’d hoped it to be.
