We booked it because they accept a dog, and it was in Sea Pines. The property management company responded fairly quickly when the electronic lock wouldn't lock on our first morning.. The lock started beeping very loudly, and I could not find a screwdriver in the unit to unscrew the battery cap nor were there any spare batteries. Might want to provide those items to guests. Rental does not include parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club between 8am and 3pm during the summer season. There is a trolley stop in the complex.
