THE SPACE These quiet, 3BR townhomes contain fully equipped kitchens, washers and dryers, and spacious dining and living areas with entertainment centers. There are 2 bedrooms with King beds and ensuite bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Each bedroom has its own TV. This large unit has lots of room for your family at almost 1,700sq feet. You can also relax outside on your private deck with golf course views. The deck is fully furnished with a dining table and four chairs. Carolina Club is well-equipped to meet the demands of every vacationer, including amenities like two on-site pools with hot tubs, a clubhouse complete with ping-pong, pool table, television, kitchen facilities, a fitness center with weight training equipment, four tennis courts, a playground, grilling stations, complimentary bicycle rental, children's activities and golf privileges at Golden Bear Course. 2 Adult Bikes are FREE per unit. This unit is just a short ride from the beach within the prestigious Shipyard Plantation—or stroll or bike to the beach on a dedicated nature path less than 1 mile. Golf fairways surround these vacation townhome villas. GUEST ACCESS Your townhouse unit will be private, but amenities at this resort are shared with other guests (Pools, Gyms, Playgrounds, etc). OTHER THINGS TO NOTE \- Carolina Club is professionally managed and operated by Spinnaker Resorts. The S.R. Hotel Front Desk is staffed for Check-In and check-out and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance. They are there to help, so please don’t hesitate to contact them during your stay. \- 4 pm Check-In for this property is at the Spinnaker Resorts S.R Hotel Front Desk, which is staffed 24/7\. They will give you room keys and information packets for the week. S.R Hotel Front Desk Address: 35 Deallyon Ave, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 \- Primary Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this minimum age requirement for the primary Guest who will be checking in. Your security deposit will be returned to you after Checkout if you have not made any charges for your room. \- Two FREE parking passes are included with this unit. If you need a parking pass for an additional vehicle, \- Two FREE bikes are provided in this unit. I recommend bringing any other beach blankets/chairs / umbrellas/equipment you want at the beach. If you don’t get your beach chairs, umbrellas, equipment, etc., you can rent the equipment on HHI. \- There is no daily housekeeping provided. However, there is a washer / dryer conveniently located inside your unit for personal use. If you would like more housekeeping during your stay, it is available for an additional fee scheduled directly with the resort Front Desk. \- This unit is just a short ride from the beach, within the prestigious Shipyard Plantation—or stroll or bike to the beach on a dedicated nature path less than 1 mile. Golf fairways surround these vacation townhome villas. \- You will see wildlife native to South Carolina, including occasional glimpses of alligators that may be lounging in the lagoon areas.
