Deer in the courtyard regularly; pelicans and cardinals visiting periodically; nice trees and landscaping; and the ocean view is fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were updated and very nice. We really liked the complex. The beach is a very easy, short walk. Island Time was great - easy to work with, and they checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Information was provided clearly and timely.
