Beach chairs and bikes included for the ultimate island retreat! 🌊❤️☀️ As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002\. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! Seaside Villas is a gated, oceanfront complex located in walking distance to Coligny Plaza with restaurants, shops, parks and entertainment. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. On day one we walked barefoot through the condo and our feet turned black. Also, the condos upstairs allowed children to run (more like sprint) back and forth through the halls and rooms 24/7\. This ocean-view condo is small but perfect for two, and was clean and modern, and in a good location near Coligny Plaza. The unit is a short walk to the beach, and plenty of parking was available, even for our pickup truck. The instructions and communication with the owner, Kendall, and overall responsiveness to questions, were absolutely top notch and contributed to our positive experience. We also appreciated the beach gear in the unit (cart, chairs, backpack cooler, etc.), and umbrella & chair rental service is also available at the beach. We particularly loved having direct beach access and not having to cross any busy streets or find a parking spot in the busy public parking lot. Having a place to wash the sand off our feet and stuff prior to going back into the condo was great. The location was excellent and close enough to walk to several shops and restaurants. The condo itself was clean and well kept. The king bed was comfy (we did not use the pullout bed), and we had plenty of room for our pack n play for our baby. It was great to have breakfast while watching the ocean from our balcony. It was very nice to have beach toys, a wagon, and chairs available. The TV’s were a nice size also.
