Come enjoy this wonderfully updated three bedroom and two bathroom home located on Palmetto Dunes' 11 Mile Lagoon system and overlooking the championship Robert Trent Jones Golf Course! The kitchen really shines in this gorgeous home. Features include custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a huge island providing ample space to prepare a meal. Coming fully-equipped, you'll have everything you need to dine in with the whole family. Just off the kitchen is a full-size laundry room. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats six guests. Enter the living area with its new and comfortable beach-contemporary furniture and overall theme. A long wall of large windows reveals the private pool area and of course the lagoon and Robert Trent Jones golf course views. Off the kitchen and living areas, is a screened-in Carolina Room, making perfect use of the space to accentuate the incredible view. The Carolina room has a built-in propane grill along with a sofa and a couple chairs to relax in. The primary bedroom consists of a king bed, Smart TV and an en-suite primary bathroom. The bathroom has been completely redesigned with aged brass finishes which perfectly compliment the theme of the home and, in particular, this bathroom. A large custom-tiled walk-in shower accompanies the space. The second bedroom is down the hall from the primary and features a queen bed and a guest bathroom. The bathroom is outside the bedroom and features high-profile designs and a custom-tiled tub and shower combination. Across the foyer and down another hallway is the third bedroom, which contains a queen bed. Relax beside your private pool and breathe in the fresh air on one of several chaise lounges! The pool has two small water features, similar to small bubblers, which adults and children alike will enjoy! The view is panoramic and must be seen in the flesh to truly comprehend its beauty. The beach is easily reached by a short walk, shorter bike ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy which a seasonal, and free, on-call shuttle service provided within Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove Marina. \*\*\*BEACH RENOURISHMENT PROJECT\*\*\* Mid-November 2025 to Mid-March 2026 (Dates are subject to change) This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.
