Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This beautifully renovated, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo features stunning ocean views. Wood flooring spans the property with tile flooring in the recently renovated bathroom. The living area is comfortably furnished with a new sleeper sofa, a dining table and chairs, flat screen TV, free WiFi, and access to the private balcony with ocean views. The kitchen features stainless appliances and granite countertops. The bedroom features a brand new queen mattress, and there are additional built-in bunk beds in the hallway. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination. After a day of exploring the island, relax in front of the electric fireplace. Please note, there is no washer/dryer in the villa; there are coin-operated facilities located onsite. At Hilton Head Beach & Tennis, you can enjoy the beach, the complex pool, tennis courts, and several dining options! Bike trails are right outside the gate, and lead to many of the other sites that the island has to offer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Your reservation includes two parking passes totaling $70. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. We enjoy our stay although the only issue for us was that the property was not clean at check in time which was 4:00pm, so we ended up calling management and the issue was taken care of right away. We love this location and have stayed before in another unit. This unit had a great view and close to the pool. I would say the bed and the couch were a bit stiff. There are a lot of stairs and we did not realize until leaving that there is an elevator at the end of the hall. I'm not sure why we had to drive to another location to obtain the check in items, I think this could have been done in an email. We enjoyed our stay very much. ##### Angie H.
