Welcome to Twin Pines Paradise! Located on the 11th green of the Sea Pines Resort's Heron Point Golf Course, this spacious (over 4,000 square feet) home accommodates single families, multiple families, multigenerational families, and large golf and tennis enthusiast group getaways! You are just minutes to resort shopping and fine dining venues such as Links at the Harbour Town Clubhouse, or Harbourside and The Quarter Deck in Harbour Town. Just two blocks away is the Sea Pines Center, which features additional shopping and dining options, including Chow Daddy's, Truffles, C'est Bon (for specialty coffee and tea), Giuseppi's Pizza, and Low County Produce. It's all within easy walking distance, so no concerns about finding parking as you leave the car "at home"! Also, for those looking to include a workout the Sea Pines Resort Fitness Center is also located in the Sea Pines Center where you can purchase daily or Weekly access passes.  
  
Now on to the main attraction - the BEACH! Getting to the beach is a breeze, just eight minutes by bike and if you have little ones with you that can't ride just yet, the Sea Pines Trolley is conveniently located just steps away at the Racquet Club Villas. The Blue Line will drop you off right at the Beach Club! Maybe thinking about taking a day off from the beach for tennis or pickleball? Enjoy a 10 minute walk, warming those legs up, to the Sea Pines Racquet Club close by! Again, this home is a super convenient "leave the car at home", and enjoy a short walk, bike ride or Trolley in Sea Pines!  
  
And after a day at the beach, come relax on the screened porch out back. Take in the sunset views on the 11th green while you hear the kids play basketball out front.

Are there any additional fees outside of what is included in the quote? The only other fee is the optional fee to heat the pool. Please let us know, when inquiring, if you'd like a quote to include a heating fee for the pool. The hot tub is heated 24/7365 and is included at no additional cost.  
  
Do you offer Traveler's Insurance? Yes, an option to purchase Traveler's Insurance will be presented to Guest at time of check-out. If the option does not auto-generate at the time of check-out, and you're interested in purchasing, please let us know and we'll be happy to send you the Traveler's Insurance information.  
  
What arrangements are made to pick up a key? The home is equipped with an electronic 'keyless' entry system that will be programmed with a code of your selection. This makes it very convenient for our guests as they do not have to worry about getting locked out, or losing a key. It's a 100% seamless check-in experience as your gate passes are mailed to you in advance, so you simply drive to the home and let the party begin.   
  
Does your pool get any direct sun as many of the homes we've stayed in within Sea Pines, well their pools are too shaded? Yes, the pool, gets sun light from mid-morning to late afternoon. Summer pool temps generally range from 86 - 88 degrees. Many of our guests share that they really enjoy coming back to the house and having the pool to relax by after a great day at the beach!  
  
What if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? All issues are quickly addressed with minimal disruption to your vacation. So, you never need to worry about trying to contact the owner to report a problem and work with an absentee owner to help them address the issue.  
  
Are you close to Harbour Town and South Beach? Yes, the home is about a 3 minute drive to Harbour Town or, if you'd enjoy a convenient stroll, it's a 10 minute walk from the home. Salty Dog and South Beach are about a nine minute drive.   
  
What size is your home? The home is about 4,051 square feet.  
  
Is your home for sale and could we have our vacation interrupted by an agent wanting to show the house? No, the home is not for sale. We do caution prospective guests that are looking at other properties to check with the owner or manager to insure that the property they are considering is not for sale, or that they will not have their vacation interrupted by agents wanting to show the home!  
  
Do you offer discounts? If your arrival date is less than 30 days away and our home is available, we will certainly work with you.
