All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. Nicely decorated and super clean second floor condo. It had all the necessities. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach. My favorite thing was the screened-in porch!

Walkable to the beach was a bit of a stretch...walkable, but if you carry any gear its quite a ways. Unit was nice, little tucked in the trees if u like shady.
