Located in the Treetop Villas community in the desirable South Forest Beach neighborhood, this 2BR/2.5BA condo offers a lovely getaway with a spacious living area, a pristine kitchen, and a private balcony surrounded by mature oaks. Enjoy sunny days at the three on-site pools, or take the walkway to the sparkling coastline.

Additional perks include tennis courts and a lagoon. Easily walk to the heart of Coligny Plaza.

LIVING AREA

Detailed with floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings, the welcoming living area features plush furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, and a large smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The pristine kitchen is appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, as well as all the cookware needed to create delectable dishes.

When meals are ready, gather at the six-person table.

BED & BATH

This two-story condo sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Find comfort in the primary bedroom, furnished with a comfortable bed and a flatscreen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is fitted with another comfortable bed, while the second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

An additional half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Take in views of the oaks and Spanish moss from the private balcony, an ideal spot for enjoying morning coffee.

A short walk leads you to the unheated pool (8-feet deep). There are three pools total on-site. Head a few blocks down a paved pathway to the coastline for easy days on the beach.

Additional perks include tennis courts, walking trails, and a lagoon.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Beach equipment is provided in this rental. This is dog friendly unit so you can bring your furry friend!
Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the open parking lot.

This unit is located on the second floor; an elevator is available. The on-site pools are open seasonally, from the beginning of April until mid-October.

Beautiful place

The ONLY thing I feel needs to be mentioned is the heavy mildew in the dishwasher. This should be addressed. Wasn’t a big problem for us as we hand washed everything. But if a family ate in a lot or stayed longer, this would be a great inconvenience. Other than that, fantastic!

Pictures are not only deceiving, but a total lie.The picture is not what we rented. And when the furnace activated it was like the sound of a cement mixer.The place was very tired and needed a lot of refreshing.Wouldn’t trust Vacasa rentals in the future!

2025 Winter Vacation

We enjoyed our visit to Treetop. We enjoyed the 15 minute walk to the beach and the mile walk to Coligny. We liked the area because it was safe to walk by yourself. The wagon was a great way to haul stuff to the beach. The wagon was also very useful to haul grocery's from the car to the condo. The condo was clean and did have all the cooking supplies needed.

Nice place, great location, difficult host

My sister & I took a weekend away from our kids between semesters of school. Hilton Head was the perfect place for us! Very walkable & family-friendly. We felt safe the entire time. This place is really cute and comfortable. Enough space to sleep 5 comfortably. Walking distance from the beach. However, The back deck faces a street so it’s not much of a view and all you can hear is traffic. Also, this property is managed by Vasca and their after-hours check-in process was a nightmare. The property had a couple of maintenance issues (the screen door to the deck was off tracks and pretty much unusable) and there were quite a few bugs inside. I know it’s the south and near the beach - I expect some bugs but we had a this HUGE cockroach scuttle across the kitchen floor, another was dead in the corner when we arrived and we found several palmetto bugs in most rooms. Other than that the house is very clean & cozy.

Beautiful townhouse

We really enjoyed our stay at Treetops unit 5402. Highly recommend. The place was very clean and spacious. It was perfect for 4 adults. Beautifully decorated! Treetop's location was very convenient to many places . Would definitely go back . Our only complaints is the address of the unit was hard to find . The complex did not clearly mark units 3900 to 6100. When you went in main entrance you clearly saw a sign on left for units 7000-8000. So we waisted a lot time trying to find our unit at others entrances. Finally went back to main entrance drove around the circle by the pool and the numbers were on the building. Should be clearly marked like the other sign was. So the unit was not clearly marked by the complex. It’s upstairs down a long walkway in the middle of several other units . They should supply a map. The only other complaint is the unit had 2 very old beach chairs. We walked along the beach which was beautiful but would’ve liked to go and sit. Recommend purchasing several better beach chairs.

Nice place

Overall, very good. We're considering returning next year and would recommend. The location was good, communication was good. Nice walk or bike ride to the beach. We loved that it was surrounded with trees! The only issue we had was that the bed in the second bedroom was not a queen but a double.

Exactly as Advertised

Great stay and I would highly recommend. Extremely convenient to Coligny. The property was in great condition with extra towels and blankets. While we were there, there was not a single noice complaint. Parking was never an issue either. There were 2 beach wagons with a few beach chairs. The walk to beach access was right at 10 minutes. Route is flat and shaded. While at the beach, it was not overly crowded like Coligny. I would recommend to friends.

Beautiful and quiet!

Property is lovely and great size for our group of 5. Easy to get everywhere with bikes. Clean and as advertised. Love the treetops and peacefulness of this property. Would definitely book again!

Awesome first Hilton Head experience!

The rental was just as nice as portrayed online. Very clean and nicely updated condo. Treetops is a beautiful place to stay with oaks and moss. Perfect place to bike! Love the tree covered paved path to beach access. Definitely recommend bike rentals. We would love to stay in this condo again.

Nearby to everything, but a little rundown

Property was not cleaned well. Hair on the wall and floor in the bathroom, nuts on the floor of the living room, dusty tables and my bath towel was threadbare and had a hole in it. It’s a comfortable size and it looks like they are working on fixing it up, but it’s not done. Example is the repaired but not painted wall in the upstairs hall. Beds and furniture were comfy. Kitchen is well stocked and updated.

Good, but could have been great.

Overall this property was smaller than the photos in the listing made it appear, but it was still spacious enough for 2 adult couples. It is located nearby to activities and restaurants. The only issue was that the 2 bedrooms, both on the lower floor were unable to be heated because the HVAC system did not work properly, and it was uncomfortably cold for 2 of our 5 nights. Turnkey was particularly helpful in attempting to solve the problem but were unsuccessful.

Great Hilton Head Condo

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Tree tops! The unit was spacious especially since there were five adults in our party. The beach equipment and cart were great! Truly a 10 minute or less walk to the beach! Parking was not an issue and the passes were in the unit. The location is great to both the beach and Coligny plaza! I would definitely stay here again! Only con is that they do not let you out the air conditioning below 72 which can be warm at night.

Nice little place

The place was tucked away in a cute little area. Kind of a longer walk to beach than we expected with kids but not too far for the most part. Place seemed more open floor plan online than it was but not bad. They did shut our water off the first full day we were there but fixed it relatively fast. It was a nice week away.

Spacious villa in a great location

We truly enjoyed our stay. The villa is <10 min walk from door to beach on a paved, mostly shaded path! My husband, toddler and I stayed there, and there was plenty of space for us to relax. The upstairs living and dining areas are spacious, well-furnished and nicely decorated, and the kitchen is modern and well-stocked with supplies. The bedrooms are good sized and each has a bathroom. There is a great beach wagon to transport your things to the beach, and the entry closet includes a variety of beach items to borrow as well (chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc). The entry hallway provided a great place for us to leave our beach items to avoid tracking sand all over the place. We appreciated the washer/dryer to keep our beach towels clean and fresh. Room for improvement in a few areas, which is the reason for only four stars: If you have small children, it would be good to be aware that none of the bathtubs or sinks plug, so a bath is not possible, and the tubs are slick. We had to buy a bath mat and wash our toddler standing up in the shower; thankfully the shower heads have detachable spray hoses for this purpose. Also, the porch is certainly useable but not really well cleaned or maintained, with debris and cobwebs. Lastly, the bedrooms can get a bit warm; we left doors open and fans on 24/7 to improve airflow from the upstairs, which was (surprisingly) cooler.

Beautiful Spot

The place is beautiful well kept and clean, we enjoyed our stay. A few things, in the listing it says hot tub, there was no hot tub at any of the three pools, also the guest portal indicates that the parking passes will be in your room at arrival, they are not you must drive to property management and when we arrived at 10:30 at night this was inconvenient also property management did not leave us passes to pick up so we went a day without passes. Turnkey took care of this and was in touch quickly, on day 4 we got a warning that we would be towed even though there was a pass in our car visible, so I am not sure what is going on with the property management co. Also upon arrival the door was unlocked and open which was concerning since we arrived in the dark.

Beach Stay

This was our first visit to Hilton Head. The location of this condo to the beach is wonderful. It was only a short walk to the beach and it is way less crowded then Coligny. Most of the restaurants are only 15-20 minutes away. We only visited the pool once but it was clean and not crowded the day we went. Only complaint is they say to get a parking pass from the office. They didn't have one or our stay on file. Texted the number we were told to text 3 days in a row and always got told they were looking into it and would get back to us. They never did and I finally didn't bother with it. It worked out ok this time.
