Kitchen, dining, and living areas have plenty of space and the furnishings you would expect. The cottage was clean and in good shape. We were close to restaurants and family in Bluffton. The house was spacious and I loved the floor plan. It was the perfect size for our family! However, to get to the beach, you had to walk down a dirt path through the woods to get there. We had no problems doing this since we were all adults, but it was not the beach I expected. We ended up loading everything in the car and traveling to the other side of the island. We did enjoy the sunrise at the beach by the property. It was not crowded at all and the perfect place to start the morning.
